Amazing Packaging. And Powder Coated!
I needed some plates to weld to the bottom of steel fence posts. These were half the cost of my local metal supply shop. I cannot believe the quality of what I received - exactly 6” x 6” x 1/4” plates. Edges are deburred and smooth. Both sides and all edges are POWDER COATED. Wrapped in rust-proof paper, then in bubble wrap, and then in a cardboard box! These are the superstars of “metal plate.” Like, who does this and sells them for this price?!? Amazing. Buy two or three more because you will never find this again. Honestly 1000% more than what i expected. I can’t believe im writing this positive of a review for metal plates.

Great source for Metal projects
This is the first time I have sourced for a metal project with Amazon. Great move. Described well and shipped quickly. The metal was cut to size accurately, prepped with edges deburred and oiled to prevent rust.

Good steel
Good steel. Comes coated with black paint. Wipe it off with acetone and a rag. Go to work.

Great item, a bit bent but not much. The preventive coating is better than some paint jobs I've seen on cars so that's pretty incredible.
