The billow of smoke signal to ships' captains that it is noon, whilst the explosion tells us it is lunch. - and time for a chilled glass of Noon Gun.

Really lovely wine smooth and not acidic like some Sauvignon's.Usually a Chardonnay person but have been swayed by this one
