I bought it because I needed to make my favorite carrots salad.It's great and useful kitchen untensil. It works easily and peels vegetables perfectly.It's easy to wash and easy to store. I love it.

Very sharp peeler. The julienne feature is a game changer for adding veggies to salads. The Y-feature make it easy (and safe) to use.

The quality is excellent. But it's not very convenient to use, especially for peeling vegetables. We couldn't do it, so we don't use it.

Other customers should know that this product is very helpful for peeling fruit and vegetables, especially compared to a regular knife. Its sharpness lasts forever, no need to keep sharpening from time to time

It just doesn’t work. It’s like the angle of the blade’s attack on the food item is just wrong. I run it against a carrot and pretty much nothing happens. I get these tentative, skimpy little scrapes but no proper peels. Go buy an oxo instead.
