Performance Nose Strips for Breathing - Oil & Sweat-Proof Adhesive - 60 Ct

I began buying these after spending $10+ dollars a box at local stores in name brands. I personally think this product is much better. The adhesive is great although by the morning it will start to come off if I didn’t wash my face the night before. It fits well and is easy to apply, it also has a soft texture. Much cheaper than at the store with an equal or superior quality, I will continue to buy these for a better nights sleep.

UPDATE: seller reached out w/ regret that the product wasn't what I hoped and encouraged me to try again. This time I placed it slightly higher on the bridge of my nose so it didn't lay on the flare, and dried the bridge of my nose quickly w/ rubbing alcohol. Two1-hour runs in 92° Oklahoma heat and humidity, the strips stayed on perfectly. So, if you are careful to place the strip so it is not fighting the flare of your nostril and absolutely sure the area underneath is dry of sweat, moisturizer, etc., this is a five star product. Made sure my face was dry and free of any oil, moisturizer, etc., yet this fell off within 8 minutes of beginnning my run. Not what I hoped for.

I’ve purchased 19 times. My last two packages the adhesive that holds the strip together is bad. Long story short, they fall apart and don’t work anymore. Don’t buy these until they fix the adhesive. Sad because these used to be the best nose strips.

After trying Blaze’s nasal strips for sleep and experiencing great results, my husband requested the performance nose strips so he could compare the two. He was even happier with the performance version! The fit, adhesive strength, and comfort were all improvements and have led to continued progression in his sleep quality, as measured by his Whoop sleep scores. According to my husband, the adhesive quality and ease of use were particularly good and now he wants to try them out during his jiujitsu sessions. The happiest though? ME! His sleep quality improving means less snoring and for me, that means my sleep quality improves alongside his. Sleep with a partner with a snoring problem? Try these out and listen for yourself. You’ll notice the snoring and struggle to breathe improve dramatically and you’ll pat yourself on the back for fixing his/her sleep (and yours).

I like these strips, they adhear well right after my shower. They work well at expanding my nasal passage. What i do not like THEY ARE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPED. You must tear them off the strip then the difficult part. Opening the individual strip package. I am 64 going on 104 this is a pain in the ass.

I AM UPDATING my 2 star review from January 1st (below) to 4 STARS on account that I have done some additional research testing and found a very important step in applying these Nasal strips: You have to apply the strips and allow the adhesive to set on the skin. instructions say 10 seconds, but this resulted in my 2 STAR Review. Leave on the skin at least an hour for it to set before beginning physical activity. I wear these strips at night with my CPAP Nasal pillow and in the morning I find that the strips are so well set on the skin, I decided to keep it on and proceeded to do 90 minutes of indoor endurance work on the bike (TrainerRoad workouts are the best) and the strip remained well in place and firmly adhered to the skin the entire time even while sweating. 2 STAR REVEIW SUBMITTED JANUARY 1, 2026: 5 STARS for performance while sleeping, but 2 STARS for its performance during exercise. None of the review video's show anyone exercising. I know many professional cyclists use nasal strips to improve airflow through the nose so I tried this brand which supposedly some of the pros use. However, even if I wash the bridge of my nose prior to a cycling workout to ensure a strong bond of the adhesive, Today after 30 minutes of a low intensity endurance pace workout, the strips begin to lose adhesion and by minute 45 they are useless. I'm going to have to find a better brand. I want hours of adhesion while cycling, not 30-45 minutes.

These worked too well. I was able to smell the future, inhale all the oxygen in a room leaving others gasping, and sleep without snoring. Only one of those claims are true, but it's worth buying to find out which one

The adhesive is really good and stays in place (almost too well) and the strips do a great job until the strip starts to separate from the adhesive and pops up on one side of the nose. I wear these to bed and have not had one last through the whole night. Until they come apart they work well and are comfortable, and the adhesive leaves little residue behind. Unfortunately they just won’t work for me.

They do not work. They stay on for just a few minutes But the worst thing is they make the nose restrict under pressure more so then not wearing them

Works like a charm. My husband converted all his friends to this. All their wives approve this products as well.

Doesn’t stick. When it does stick it’s too high on the nose. When placed where recommended or where you feel nostrils open up the strip doesn’t stick for long

They're kind of okay. Some nights are good. Other nights it feels like I have a massive itch under the strip. I also can't wash my face if I want to use these cuz they don't stick.
