fun toy well made with cool effects sounds are horrible noisy but can be turned off although the kids love them! mist function is fun and works well too but more of a novelty, the car itself is amazing but wrist control was more of a gimmick and its better with the controller, bettery life is good and worked on carpet and wooden floor, not ideal on tarmac but worked

Such a wicked item and its very well received by my 7 year old. Looks can be deceiving though ;) it is NOT as big as they show on the original picture, again a sad face when my son saw the box. Its roughly 30-40cm and as I'm female, I'm not to bad with measurements! You get 2 batteries for the car, the finger/hand control and an actual control. You'll need 2 x AA batteries for 1 remote and 2 x AAA for the other, just to make life more complicated! The 2 batteries for the car is a good idea so whilst 1 is charging, you can still play with the other. The sounds can be turned on our off as the music can be annoying as the labour government ;) all in all, a great gift to keep kids happy but don't be fooled by its size or capabilities. It doesn't go up the stairs or across sand. It struggles on the grass so indoors or outside on the road worked for us. We got the red coloured car as our son said it looks like spiderman

When I bought this l thought it was smaller than I thought. It’s a really big car and the kids loved it at Christmas and still use it nearly every day.

Tiny woman steals model car? Manufacturer steals Spiderman colours and graphics? The above two concerns mar what is really an excellent toy. Why the image has to show the car as much larger than it is, is beyond me, and can lead to confusion or dissatisfaction from customers - It's a quality item, no need for this enhancement. Although attractive in appearance and skilfully executed, the similarities to official merchandise might be a bit of a minefield. Both these issues are avoidable, and maybe should be re-thought. The actual product (reasonably sized) is a superb remote control car, hours of fun and possibilities, bells and whistles on top! You can even choose which remote suits play better, the traditional multi-purpose type, or the innovative 'glove' control. Both are effective and efficient. The car is not the fastest, but fast enough, and very impressive in the 'drift', made possible with a clever rolling wheels design. The music function may not be to everyone's taste or tolerance, but is easily muted from the main control, the smoke/mist effect is very cool and is generated from a little water in the tank to the rear of the car. It can perform many tricks on a variety of surfaces, the grip is good. Generally, a well put together inventive toy, the asking price of which is perfectly reasonable considering the overall quality. Just maybe make the product image more realistic?
