Item came quickly and works like a charm

I usually wait to make sure there is a solid base of reviews to make a purchase but all the P9PF case reviews with any form of kickstand were dismal (averaging 3.0). I decided to take a chance with this one as it seemed to check off all my boxes. Turns out I am very happy with this. It may not be the most solid kickstand out there and I can't say how it will last but at the moment it is clever, though a bit fragile looking, design. The general feel is that the phone is very well protected on all sides including the hinge. The material is just grippy enough without being too soft.Another important point is that is does work with all my wireless chargers. From a design perspective it is a bit unfortunate that the volume control ends up on the side of contact point with the table but that's not a big deal. Clever very thin magnets hold the stand flat when not in use. Rounded edges everywhere make it fine to hold and slide in a pocket. Hinge protector has tiny springs that provide an excellent fit on a relative thin spine.Overall an excellent design for some level of protection. This is not a rating for durability or capability to handle a drop but feels more secure in the hand for sure. Makes the phone feel a bit bulkier of course but not too much and it eliminated the anxiety of having it slide out of the hand when it wasn't in any case. As somewhat of a perfectionist, I struggle to find a way I would improve this case.

I've had this for 60 days and the front that is supposed to protect the phone has busted. Certainly not worth the money I paid for it. Update: customer service is absolutely wonderful and has already replaced the defective cover! Somehow I think that this was just a defective piece of glass and I have changed my review to reflect as so.

Love how I can open my phone wife and it props up. Very helpful if I'm cooking, eating, etc with my hands and need to read.

The cover broke from top front in 3 months. It's an expensive cover and I was expecing to be sturdy enough. Not happy.

Who reviews phone cases, right? Well I had to leave my review because of two things. I dropped my phone with this case on from my pocket to the concert floor and while the back case half broke, the phone was completely fine, and the seller responded lightning fast to my request for service. This case fulfills what seems to be a holy trifecta of case requirements: slim, kickstand, and hinge protection. I had the official Google case which has no hinge protection and after reading horror stories on Reddit about phones dying because they dented the hinge, I needed to get a case with hinge protection, but the other cases with hinge protection are way too bulky. This one, gets my money.

The front cover starts breaking apart after two weeks of use .
