I bought this litter box to replace a 5 year old Litter Robot 2, which was barely working. After nearly 2 months, I’m still very happy with it! Pros: - Very easy to set up and clean. I use Arm & Hammer Slide litter and so far that combo manages odor very well. - The app is pretty good. I like the push notifications to change the litter and empty the waste bin. It also tracks each cat’s use behavior, which is helpful for vet visits. - Device rotates and operates quietly. - The low threshold makes it easier for my 2 older kitties to step in and out, and the compact size is great for apartments. Cons: - The mat that comes with it is really good at capturing excess litter, but I wish it was easier to clean. I have to turn it upside down and just let the litter fall onto the floor to vacuum it up, which is a bit messy. - There is a ridge inside where the soft floor meets the hard walls, and urine/litter gets stuck on it. I wish it was more seamless. - It requires special bags for the waste bin due to the unusual size. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend!

This “self cleaning litter box” is truly a godsend! Ours has been in use for nearly a year now with no issues except for when we misplaced the unit’s power adaptor during a move across town, but I’m thrilled to be able to say that the company that makes this u it has excellent customer service! I contacted them, briefly explained our situation, asked for a replacement power cable and they sent one to us immediately and free of cost! Beyond merely saving time and saving us from the monotonous misery of changing a freshly used litter box (with 3 cats sharing one box it seems it’s ALWAYS “freshly used”), this automated litter box has also significantly reduced our litter usage by virtually eliminating the waste of litter that naturally comes with even the most diligent & judicious manual litter box sifting. In time, I expect the savings from this machine’s significantly more efficient use of litter will more than pay for itself. I don’t often write Amazon product reviews and wouldn’t have bothered to write this one if not for the fact that this company responded so promptly when I told them we’d lost our unit’s power adaptor and immediately mailed us a replacement free of charge! That was such a solid kindness, and I truly don’t even have the words to adequately voice my appreciation & respect for them & that act of kindness.

They said respond “full refund” to receive it but then wanted me to work with their customer care people, jump through hoops, and return the litter box I told them was already in the trash. Reported it to Amazon twice but have gotten ZERO response. Talk about a bad experience all the way around on this item. Original review: I've had this maching almost 6 months and if I could give this thing zero stars I would. I don't normally write reviews but after literally throwing away good money on this thing I am. For reference I have two brand name Litter Robots and this was a third box since we have multiple cats. The design flaws on the robot are numerous: * There is no lip to stop the litter from flying out of the machine when cats are scratching; constantly cleaning up litter outside the box * The bin that holds the waste is TINY and fills up very quickly * If you pull the waste bin out when it's full it always drops clumps back into the track it sits in because it "scrapes" the opening as you pull it out * The hole that the litter clumps moves through is just small enough that it constantly gets clogged and then all the clumps dump back into the clean litter * The "sifter" is not fine enough so bits of feces and clumps always sift through and end up back in the litter. * Not sure how but there was constantly urine that would get underneath the tumbler and it made it smell all the time. Basically this thing is a smelly, useless mess. It went in the dumpster this weekend because I was over it! It's supposed to make life easier and it doesn't. Not at all. Just sayin.

Love this litter box, I had been debating on which brand to get and this one is just as good as the higher end ones! Its very easy to clean and set up with the video instructions that come with it. At first I was a little scared on the purchase, but so glad I did. Only reason I did not give 5 stars, is because when it becomes "Offline" you have to reset up the information in the app to reconnect, but it does not save your pets bathroom history, it just starts over, So if you do not mind that part, this is perfect buy!

The company and the litter box is great. I had HHOLOVE’s previous automatic litter box model for a few years. It was great but had its flaws. Unfortunately after many years of heavy use the motor on the old model gave out. I contacted the company and through email they walked me through a few different options to try and fix my old litter box but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed. Happy with the previous model, as well as the customer service from HHOLOVE I decided to purchase their new automatic litter box model. I had also gotten my mother the same litter box last year for Christmas, so already knew it was a good litter box. Having it myself now, and after assembling it I feel like not only did they upgrade the old model with a new cleaner look, but as well it seems they’ve corrected the issues the old litter box had with litter clumps getting stuck between the drum and the hood as well as other issues. The UV sanitation feature is also great, although I’m not sure how much it works as I can’t actually see any lights go off when the feature is apparently running. The litter box also has been containing the smell so far very well, better than the previous model, and the scent blockers provided with the package is probably assisting with that. It is a little wider than my previous one, but it actually seems to be more comfortable for my cats so I’m not complaining. Overall it’s a great litter box and I would recommend it for anyone looking to make their life a little easier.

I love this cat litter machine as I use it for my 3 cats and it makes my life so much easier, especially as I have such a hectic lifestyle. It took a little adjustment to get used to the cycle, but overall, there were no issues. My cats love it. The only part that can be improved is these silicone mats, as I often have to replace them every 6 months as they break down. Also, cleaning the machine (and I am so OCD) is a little challenging. I do suggest always having a couple of extra silicone mats on hand, or you will need to use a backup litter box until a new one is received. Regarding tracking information in the app, the machine started off really well, capturing my cats' weight, but it no longer registers correctly. Besides that, their customer service is very helpful, and I highly recommend this machine, despite the inconvenience of having to replace these mats from time to time.

I’ve been using this for a month and there are pros and cons. We have one larger cat (14 lbs) and one medium (9 lbs). They both eat, drink and eliminate frequently. I chose this box because of the low entry point (it was the only one I could find low enough for my senior cats). The larger cat took to the box right away, the smaller one only started using it regularly when we removed our old manual box, so not too rough a transition. The main pros are: no kneeling and scooping EVERY day. Easy to set up and functions as advertised. App works fine for me so far. Cats have a place to eliminate that is clean enough because it gets scooped after every use (this is maybe the best thing about it, as I want my cats to be happy and I know they like having clean litter to use every time). The cons are: the thing is impossible to thoroughly clean. And it NEEDS to be emptied and cleaned regularly because waste, especially if it’s not totally clumped/dried, can get smeared on the inside when it cycles. We use expensive high quality litter and have never had an issue previously, so I’m not sure trying a different litter would matter. I’ve disassembled (as much as I can) and tried to thoroughly clean twice in a month and no matter how much I rinse and wipe, the thing just has smears of waste/litter stuck in every crevice and hard to reach place (there are several). I’ve probably spent at least three hours just cleaning it, which honestly probably negates the time not scooping daily is saving me. The second biggest issue I have is that it doesn’t really stand up to two cats medium/large size who eliminate as frequently as mine do. I was hoping I’d get at least 3-4 days (knowing the 7 the advertise for two cats was a pipe dream), but in reality, I have to take it out every other day. If I don’t, the waste gets backed up in the cylinder and it’s a mess. SO, overall, I think for a household with one medium cat, or two smaller cats that don’t have the big appetite my cats do, this might work well IF you are monitoring it carefully and don’t let the waste bin actually get full (it really needs to be taken out before the notification will tell you or you risk a backed up mess). Also, I haven’t noticed a huge difference in the reduction of smelliness from my old manual boxes to this one. That’s not that big a deal for me, as there’s just really no way to totally manage the smell of two animals regularly pooping and peeing indoors. BUT, it is a little annoying that even after I’ve disassembled and cleaned it, a faint urine smell just sticks to the plastic. I’m keeping it for the fact that it seems better for my cats wellbeing overall to have a freshly scooped space to go every time, but the convenience factor of cleaning less with an automatic box isn’t really there for me.

I looked at self cleaning litter boxes for over a year. Compared and read reviews. I took the leap on this one. Price point and features is what sold me on this one. I received it sooner than expected which was a plus. Unboxing: The box was huge, not going to lie. It was super easy to put together. Just put the inner tub in, place the top on, put the liner/bag in, slide the back in and plug in. App: Yes, you must the app for the litter box to operate. It has the cats information in it. It is how you will completely empty the litter box. Easy to set up and use. You do not have to have the notifications on. Side Note: You must put the litter box on a hard surface for it to operate. I had it on carpet at first and it did not "scoop". After reading the instructions further it tells you not to put it on carpet because of the sensor on the bottom. I had a few leftover pieces of flooring and made a section in the area the litter box and it works perfect. The box is not too loud when scooping. If she goes in the box while it is scooping it does stop. Transition: My little girl had no real issues transitioning from the old box to the this one. I left the other one set up next to this one for about a week. She likes to watch it while it is scooping so it does stop in the middle of scooping it. She thought it was a toy at first. The only thing I wish was different about this box is the waste bin. It seems a little small but it does hold a lot. I change it about once every 10 days for 1 cat. When I say small I mean narrow, not wide enough, but I have had no issues with it. Been using the box now for about a month and half.

I really think HHOLOVE is one of the best in this market! From the beginning, on crowdfunding campaign, which was where I met the brand and gained a huge interest in following it and buying its products. It was a game changer for those who have animals! That's why I waited years for the products to be available on Amazon.es! The support team is amazing, they were understanding, attentive and kind. I will continue to wait for more amazing products! Avec deux chats à la maison, j’étais en quête de quelque chose qui puisse vraiment me simplifier la vie, améliorer l’hygiène de l’appartement, et surtout garder une atmosphère sans odeur. Et mission accomplie 🎯 🐱 Mes deux chats ont adopté la machine J’avais un peu peur de leur réaction… mais finalement, l’un s’est adapté immédiatement, l’autre a mis environ 3 jours, et depuis ils l’utilisent tous les deux sans aucun souci. Je n’ai pas eu besoin de beaucoup de transition : la curiosité a fait le travail ! 😸 🧹 Avant / Après : plus de grains partout ! Avant, j’utilisais deux bacs classiques, avec des tapis censés retenir les grains… sauf que j’en retrouvais quand même partout sur le sol : dans le couloir, dans la chambre, parfois même sur le canapé. Depuis que j’ai cette machine, le sol est impeccablement propre. Litière très silencieuse, très vite adoptée par mes minettes. Au bout de trois mois, alors qu'elle fonctionnait bien, elle se met à faire 2 tours dans un sens puis un tour complet dans l'autre, ce qui a pour effet de vider intégralement le bac. 😔
