Plug in and done
The Roku Ultra really lives up to its name. Setup was simple, the interface is smooth, and streaming in 4K is crystal clear with no lag. I like the voice remote and the fact that it comes with a headphone jack for private listening. It’s fast, reliable, and makes switching between apps super easy. If you want a top-notch streaming device, this is it

The best thing since sliced bread — and unlike bread, it doesn’t go stale!
Let’s get one thing out of the way: this Roku Ultra is so good, I’m pretty sure it’s the reason I stopped leaving the house. 4K, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Atmos, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 6, a remote with a rechargeable battery and glorious backlit buttons — honestly, I don’t even watch anything half the time, I just scroll through the menus in beautiful Ultra HD.It’s fast. It’s slick. And unlike my smart TV’s built-in apps, it doesn’t crash like a toddler after sugar. Also, the remote lights up, which means I no longer have to feel around the couch cushions like I'm decoding ancient runes every time I want to pause the show and yell at someone.Oh, and the voice search? Yeah, it works great… unless you slur your way through “find me something not terrible” — in which case it bravely presents every Hallmark movie ever made. But really, what more could I ask for? A device that streams literally everything, doesn’t judge me for watching a 7-season true crime doc in two days, and makes me feel vaguely like a tech wizard every time I say, “Launch Netflix” and it actually does.Forget sliced bread — this thing is the freshly baked sourdough of streaming players.10/10 would Ultra again. I own three.

This is the best of the Roku streaming devices so far and worth the extra money
I recently cut the cord getting rid of the cable companies $240 per month cable fees. This does not include what I was paying for the two gigabit per second internet. This was a huge decision somehow, but I got this Roku device and it worked perfectly. I got YouTube TV, Amazon prime, which I always had, but the Roku simply plugged in and worked like a charm allowing me to get rid of the cable channels. The picture is far better than it was with the cable digital channels. The remote control on this device I really like, because it lights up nicely and does not use batteries like the older ones. You simply plug it in to a 5 volt USB port and it charges up with an internal battery. There's a really good remote control finder too, which is a little button on the Roku device that makes your roku's remote make a really annoying sound to help locate it. The remote even flashes it's lights to help visually find it. I have other rokus going back perhaps 6 years, and there's a clear difference in quality and performance. I really like this product and highly recommend it.

Love the ROKU Ultra
ROKUs just keep getting better. I remember buying one of the first ROKUs way back when, and they’ve consistently kept up with the innovations in streaming and picture quality. This current version of the Ultra continues the improvement in quality and value for the money.I wanted a TV for my garage, but didn’t want to sped a lot of money. I bought an Acer 27” G0bi 4k monitor on sale for a little over $100 and the ROKU Ultra for $70+. I already had a Mesh network set up, so I didn’t have to string cable or do anything other than add a power strip. I also had a couple of Bluetooth speakers which work well with the ROKU.After unboxing, I was up and running within minutes. I’m glad I went with the ROKU Ultra because of the added features of a Bluetooth speaker or headset connection, a lighted remote, a beeping remote if lost, a beautiful 4k picture, plug and play (I date myself), and a piece of electronic gear that always works right out of the box.I highly recommend this setup for any garage or office where space may be limited. Besides a great tv setup it also doubles as a bigger screen monitor for my laptop when I need to do work

Great Roku device, but YouTube needs fixing
The Roku overall works really well - setup was smooth, the interface is easy to navigate, and most streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video run perfectly without any issues. Picture quality is solid and performance is responsive. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of YouTube. For some reason, YouTube refuses to load properly while every other app works fine on the same network connection. It just keeps saying “No connection,” even though the Roku itself is clearly online since other apps stream without buffering.I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling YouTube and resetting the device, but the issue still persists. It feels like a software compatibility problem between Roku and YouTube rather than a hardware issue. If Roku and YouTube can address this glitch, this would easily be a 5-star streaming device.

Roku makes a great product and this is their best one yet!
All Roku products are great, but this one is their current best. It works better because it has more memory and faster processors inside. It also has a remote you can speak to and have it follow your commends. The price was lower than other options and the footprint is small. It easily sits on a level surface or it can be hung for your convenience. It takes seconds to install and it's easy to setup - especially if you already have a Roku account. This unit doe not generate heat and it remains cool as it easily dissipates any heat it may generate.I don't know why they want me to speak to the box quality, but the box it comes in is efficiently packed and it has everything you need to work right out of the box.
