This stuff is amazing. I bought a shark carpet cleaner a year ago and it came with a couple of bottles oh each. Oh my does this get the job done. I've cleaned up so many pet stains with amazing results. Recently my little niece stayed on this mattress and had many accidents. I mean it was embarrassing the amount of stains and the smell was obnoxious. Thought this new mattress was done for but I thought I would give it a try with the carpet cleaner and solution. It worked magic. All the stains are gone and the smell is completely gone!!! Winner winner! I should have taken a before picture but I was a bit embarrassed so I'll let you imagine how horrible it was. I'm literally obsessed with shark products and this only validated my obsession. Buy it! You won't regret it!!! I will say that I've only used this in combination with the shark stand up carpet machine so I can not tell you how it works with other brand machines but it's magic if you already have a shark machine cleaner!!!

I liked the original Shark formula but it didn't do well with pet stains, so I was excited to find this. This is the only pet formula that has gotten cat/dog pee out the first time without any follow-up treatment. I've tried a ton of enzyme cleaners, multiple pet formulas, every diy solution, and usually need to come back and clean a second time after everything dries if the mess wasn't cleaned up within the first fifteen minutes - not always possible when you don't see it happen. This even took the stain and smell out of a mattress after the waterproof layer failed.It has a light smell that fades quickly, very tolerable when you're checking after cleaning to make sure there's no lingering smell. Works great with cold water as advertised. Does well on general cleaning also, and works with hot water for non-bio stains. I'm guessing it wouldn't work as well on bio stains if the water isn't cold, like most enzyme cleaners. Doesn't foam in the tank and lasts well. I do dilute it more than the machine recommends because I didn't notice any drop in cleaning power when doing that - I use about 50% of the recommended amount and usually rinse with a tank of water after cleaning so the soap doesn't stay in the carpet to attract dirt. Worth the money - it's the only manufacturer recommended cleaning solution I've used consistently without substituting others.

Amazing stain remover! Used this on some old carpet stains and they came right out. It smells fresh and works fast definitely makes cleaning feel less like a chore.
