I have been tired for two years since I have my baby, I feel the difference when I take the product, and It is really great that the dose is twice a day because when I am running out of energy it is time for the second capsule, so, I am happy with this product, and hopping to be better every day, my heart wasn't working properly and now it is improving, this product is helping me to sleep better, having more energy, so so far so good. This supplement has changed my life. I take it along with my prescription daily, and it has boosted my energy, my hair is growing back, my nails are longer and stronger, and I am generally fitter and livelier. I take only one of the capsules instead of 2 because I also take a hair supplement, so I didn't want to overdose. I have given it 4 stars because it's too expensive for what it is. Please reduce the price to £19.99.

I have been taking this now for about a month and a half now. Unfortunately for me, I lose hair after a lot of stress, or on this occasion, a period of illness. My hair thins quite dramatically, and takes years for it to look better (i.e. for less scalp to be visible!). I bought this after having a thyroid test at the doctors - I have had this before too and on both occasions they have come back in the normal range. I know how I feel though, and combined with a nail that lifted (never had that before and horrible to see it happen!), I thought I would look in to a supplement - it certainly couldn't make anything worse.I decided on the 1 body brand simply due to the ingredients, and their quality, and on arrival, the box came with a slip for another free bottle, which is wonderful! It just allows you to stick with a supplement longer and have a better chance of seeing results - so many times I've bought a bottle of something and moved on...After a few days I noticed my hair fall had lessened quite dramatically, but after about a week or so it picked up again. However, I am pleased to say a month and a half in, my hair fall has lessened again, and has been like this for about 3 weeks. Of course, its natural to lose hair but you know yourself what is normal and what isn't - I would say I am below the norm at the moment, in terms of hair loss, which is wonderful.I will certainly continue to take this supplement for as long as I feel I need it, and have actually just purchased their Hair, Skin and Nails supplement (unfortunately this is coming from the US as it doesn't look to be available in the UK just yet), but having seen the ingredients, it looks complementary to this supplement, rather than being more of the same.I would definitely recommend this product, and the customer service is great too - worth trying out, for sure.

After using this product for two days I saw a big change in my energy that sluggish tired feeling was almost gone am now on it 6 days and my diet has now changed I no longer have cravings for sweet foods and only eating small portions as I feel full quite quickly no need now to be nibbling and I already notice my clothes getting looser I think this is a great supplement I have had under active thyroid for 16 years and take 125mcg levothroxine daily this supplement really works well for me and I’ll be ordering more I only take one capsule daily they recommend 2 but I felt the second one made me to active and was unable to get to sleep

I've taken a few already over the days since receiving this product & i can't really say whether or not at this stage they have made a difference in improving my well-being.I still,feel lethargic & have hardly any energy although,saying this i don't feel as sluggish as i did so,maybe at this moment in time there is a 1% increase on feeling only slightly better.I don't sleep very well & wake up a couple of times during the night which,upon waking fully the next morning still,leave's me wanting more sleep.I'll stick with it & take the full supplement course and,hopefully by the time i've finished taking them i will feel a whole lot better and,will have good nights sleep.

I bought this before like more than one year ago. I tested it then and I don't remember experiencing any bad or negative side effects so I didn't continue taking it. Didn't have the bottle anymore so I bought another one hoping to improve my energy levels. I felt good after first pill for like 2 hours. More energy, more focus and overall good vibes. Confident I took the second pill later in the afternoon. Didn't fell any change but as night came several hours later I started feeling strange. Anxiety, negative thoughts, and problems sleeping with heart palpitations and just overall bad mood. Didn't work for me unfortunately.

these have been a huge help alongside my levothyroxine use. levothyroxine gave me my life back, but there always remained a tiredness, fatigue and regular flare ups (muscular stiffness/tenderness and difficulty walking first thing in the morning) these tablets have attended to the areas levothyroxine didn't seem to be touching. when I run out, after a week I know about it, but when taken regularly alongside prescribed meds these have been brilliant. iv always been dubious about supplements having tried various over the years, but these are quite different.although its pricey, I do believe its worth the money each month. one pot tends to last me 5 weeks.
