I bought this keyboard because i Couldn’t find the previous one I had purchased, and I think I actually made the right choice—this one is even better. The folding mechanism feels sturdier, the keys have a smoother, more responsive touch, and it automatically powers on when you open it and turns off when folded, which is incredibly convenient. The keypad is softer and more comfortable to type on compared to the other I’ve used, it’s also flatter, lighter, and much easier to travel with, making it a perfect portable option. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this upgrade.

I don’t know what I ever did before I haf one of these. It’s a lifesaver. I was aggravating my carpal tunnel and my declining close-up vision, typing and texting on my phone muliple lenghy messages and other misc. things all day every day. It made no sense. It was so laborious and tedious and time-consuming. But now I own the ProArc, andi it the best thing that’s happened to me for so long. It truly simplified and streamlined my life. It’s so light, portable, functional and user-friendly, not to mention affordable. It fits right in my clutch handbag, and weighs next to nothing. It automatically connects via Bluetooth to up the 3 devices, instantaneously. No having to repeat the pairing process every time. It’s so cool, I just had to buy one for my sister. But I kind of miss my old one because the keys on the new one are a little stiff and sticky. The other one was more used and had looser keys but I’ll break this in too.. My only complaints are the camera button is so close to the backspace button that I inadvertanely snap multiple screenshots every time I use it, and also that I can’t figure out how to start a new paragraph without accidentally sending what I’m writing because “enter” sends it. So I have to use the tab button. There’s probably a solution to this that I simply haven’t taken the 5 min. To investigate yet. Oh yeah, and you can’t not capitalize the next letter following a period, no matter what. (See above, after “5 min.” But all small prices to pay for the ease of use, convenience factor, and the crazy amount of time that I save vs. painstakingly typing out my volumes of words on my phone. Yay!

I only briefly tested this keyboard, but I have some good and bad thoughts. First off, it ONLY connects through Bluetooth, not through USB. This means you can't enter BIOS using the delete/F2 keys and the keyboard will not work in BIOS (bluetooth is not active in BIOS). This is a problem for me. Second off, the keyboard actually types and feels pretty good. It's not as stable as people state it is, but still performs well. That said, if you're gaming on it, it WILL drop commands if you're moving too fast. Also, it appears to cap its active key signals at around 2 or 3. So if you play a game where you can move, open a map, navigate the map, and enter other commands at the same time, it will be incapable of doing what your normal keyboard can. I sound like I'm talking it down, but this keyboard is actually very nice for what it is. Just be aware of its limitations.

The typing experience itself is fantastic. The keys have a satisfying and responsive feel, making it a joy to type on for extended periods. It's comfortable and doesn't feel cramped at all, unlike many other portable options. I also love the fact that this keyboard is rechargeable. No more scrambling for batteries or the guilt of constantly throwing them away – a huge plus for convenience and the environment! Beyond the core functionality, this keyboard excels in other areas too. It's incredibly portable and easy to slip into a bag when folded, making it perfect for travel or working on the go. The Bluetooth connection has been rock solid and consistently stable and reliable. It feels well-built and sturdy, not flimsy or cheap like some other folding keyboards I've encountered. Setting it up was a breeze – it paired with my devices instantly without any hassle. For the price, I truly believe this keyboard offers incredible value. If you're looking for a folding keyboard that truly delivers on its promise of portability without sacrificing a comfortable, full-sized typing experience, look no further. Been using this keyboard semi-regularly for the past 4 months now, only charged once when I first got it so it has yet to run the battery dry. It's light, maybe around the weight of a smartphone and about 1.5x bigger when folded. It's not gonna fit in your pants pocket but does fit snugly in my tablet case when packed. Keys are full sized but short, a little over 1mm of travel with a crisp but quiet press, no mush. Feels like a good laptop keyboard, but might be unfamiliar if you're used to chunkier keys. Bluetooth switching is pretty fast, I think this depends more on your devices though. I don't usually write reviews, but the customer service was massively helpful and convinced me that this is a product that has some care put into it. The keyboard recently developed some non-functional keys, and once I contacted ProtoArc support they sent me steps to see if it could be fixed, and when that didn't work they promptly sent me a replacement XK01, free of charge. All that took place in less than 3 days, with delivery taking another 2. If that's not above and beyond service then I don't know what is. On sale, this is almost a steal.
