My son has been building Legos for over a decade now, so when I showed him this set of 73 different weapons - guns and knives - he went crazy for them. He has so many mini figures, Star Wars and other sets, that he thought this would really enhance his collections. He says other Lego people sell the guns separately for like $4 each, but here he got a huge set. Mausers, AK's, etc. whatever gun you could name it's probably in this set. AMAZING variety. He's also a history buff, so he was also delighted with the different guns that are modeled in this set. The only down side is popping them out of the molding sheets, but I'm sure he'll be able to do that while listening to a podcast or something. A+ great gift for your local Lego or history buff. If they like Legos or toy soldiers, they will love this set. Big win. Good quality, too. Not flimsy.

My son loves them!
My son is big into military and war stuff right now. He also loves LEGO. He is always telling me he wished that LEGO would do more guns etc for their mini figs. This was just the thing he was looking for! He hasnโt stopped building boats to carry his bow very well outfitted troops! The pieces fit well like you would expect.

Good minifig accessories.
This is one of those cases where things either are or are not good ; fortunately, this set is of a pretty good quality. The mortar merits a special note ; DO NOT TRY TO LOAD IT. The mortar shells will get stuck and require you to disassemble the tightly-fitted barrel assembly.

Nice set
Have gotten multiple sets of lego type military weapons and sets from AliE in the past. This set is par for the course, weapons still in molds that you have to remove to use. Parents might need to help younger kids put together the mortar.
