I enjoy collecting collegiate hats from various universities, and I've now come across quite a few Desert Cactus hats. All the Desert Cactus hats I've had have held up well and seem very durable. The W is clear, and has good quality stitching. It is fairly easy to use the metal adjuster clip in the back to appropriately size it. I am a bit concerned about the hat staining overtime with sweat as it is white. I do think the purple in the W will hold up well in the sun and not fade overtime.Comparative to the big brands in the space desert cactus does well, matching quality. The thing I would like to see a bit better value.Overall, earning a strong "A-" grade, with a comfortable well built hat that I will wear again, but potentially not the best value, especially with all the competition in this space.
