How do I remove the pull string?

Most people love our pull string. However, if you try it and decide it's not for you (or want it shorter), simply cut it with a pair of scissors, and then use a nail file to file the silicone until it’s smooth.

How do I remove Pixie Disc without the pull string?

Use a finger to find the rim, then “hook” your finger under the rim and pull down horizontally (sort of like pulling out a drawer). Keep the disc parallel to the floor to avoid emptying before you’re ready.

Do these work for a short, high, or tilted cervix?
