Sturdy and Versatile Dip Bar Station
Iโve been using this dip bar station for a variety of upper-body and calisthenics exercises, and it has performed very well. Assembly was straightforward, and the bars feel solid and stable during dips, push-ups, L-sits, and other bodyweight movements. The adjustable height is a great feature, making it easy to customize the setup for different exercises and users. The heavy-duty construction gives me confidence during workouts, and the frame remains steady even during more demanding movements. The grip is comfortable, and the compact design fits nicely in a home gym without taking up too much space. The only reason Iโm not giving it a perfect score is that the adjustment process could be a little quicker, and there is a slight amount of movement when performing very dynamic exercises. However, itโs minimal and doesnโt affect normal training. Overall, this is a well-built and versatile piece of equipment that offers excellent value for anyone looking to add dips, calisthenics, and upper-body strength training to their home workout routine.

Very study and a great workout tool for any home gym ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
As someone on the heavier side, I was initially cautious when purchasing the Sportsroyals Dip Bar. However, I can confidently say that this dip station has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. After many months of consistent use, it continues to hold up flawlessly, making it a fantastic addition to my home workout routine. Sturdy Construction: Right from the start, I was impressed by the solid build quality of the Sportsroyals Dip Bar. The heavy-duty steel frame provides remarkable stability and reassurance, even when handling weights near the upper limit of its loading capacity. It didn't wobble or show any signs of bending, even after prolonged use. Impressive Loading Capacity: The dip bar offers multiple loading capacity options, and as someone weighing 230lbs+, I opted for the highest loading capacity available (1200LBS). I was thrilled to find that this dip station can indeed handle the weight without any issues. The design is well-engineered to distribute the load evenly, ensuring a safe and secure workout experience. Adjustable and Versatile: The adjustable feature is a game-changer. It allows me to set the bars to my preferred height, making it comfortable and accessible for various exercises. From dips and leg raises to push-ups and L-sits, the Sportsroyals Dip Bar caters to a wide range of bodyweight exercises, providing a full-body workout. Comfortable Grip: The foam-padded handles offer a comfortable grip, which is crucial during intense workout sessions. I appreciate the attention to detail in this aspect, as it significantly reduces hand fatigue and allows me to focus on maximizing my workout potential. Space-Saving Design: Another advantage of this dip station is its space-saving design. It doesn't occupy much floor space, making it ideal for home gyms or areas with limited room. The straightforward assembly process was an added bonus, allowing me to set it up quickly without any hassle. Durability Tested: I have put the Sportsroyals Dip Bar through rigorous use, and it has passed the durability test with flying colors. The powder-coated finish not only adds a sleek look but also protects the frame from scratches and corrosion, ensuring it stays in great condition over time. In conclusion, the Sportsroyals Dip Bar has been a remarkable addition to my home workout routine. Even after many months of constant use, it continues to excel in terms of performance and durability. If you're on the heavier side like me and seeking a reliable and sturdy dip station, look no further. Highly recommend ๐

Good product with only one minor design flaw
I experienced none of the problems in one-star reviews. Product arrived clean, complete, and easy to assemble using the included tools. The only problem is the design of the optional stability bar that links the left and right halves - it creates a minimum 3" gap between the two bases. Having the bases touch each other makes them exactly shoulder width apart, ideal for dips, leg raises, reverse rows. They are plenty stable that way without the bar, so it's not a problem for me. If you have very long legs they won't be high enough, though. I have them at the maximum height and they are just right for a 30" leg. Great value for the money and easy to move them around.

I'm seeing a number of compact slow-moving treadmills expressively made for seniors.
Sure, there are some healthy seniors that have decent balance and walk well. Unfortunately, I don't think that is the norm, we lose balance easier and have less muscle tone after 50 than twenty somethings. I just got one of those treadmills but knew when ordering it I needed to make it safe. There's a reason hotel fitness rooms and most gyms, have rails on the sides of many treadmills. I have a special incentive, if I fall due to my weight, and lower leg weakness due to neuropathy, I can't get up without outside help. Still, I need to walk more often, and cold weather is on the way. So, what's all this talk about treadmills when the product is a dip bar set. Well, this excellent set can be placed underneath a treadmill and provide a stable set of safety bars when walking on a treadmill. There are cheaper alternatives, but they seem to be less stable and of questionable quality. Often the cheaper ones are made of rounded tubular steel with less thickness and no way to level. These have rectangular thick steel, with floor levelers on the outside supports. They have a hand grip on the center of the crossbar, and adjustable for height. The adjustments are easy with thumbwheels that remove and install quickly. The pair can be moved to spread apart to adjust to the desired width and will easily accommodate skinny or wide treadmill widths. I bought these and assembled in minutes they will work on treadmills with high clearance or support others that have a solid frame. You should check first there are some designs they may not work width as well. While I did not use for this application, I should not these are not designed for guard rails. They are common gym equipment used often for gymnastic exercises. Leg lifts, flips and other exercises with this set of bars is about as professional as you'd need for most home gyms. Comes with a plastic see through exact count sealed set of assembly hardware and carefully wrapped steel components that assemble quickly and provide a stable exercise platform. For some elderly, I would never recommend a treadmill even with this dip stand set, but even for the healthy, this is a great safeguard to prevent injury and make walking on a moving surface a bit safer than normal. Recommended.

Excellent Portable Dip Bars
Excellent portable "Dip Bars". I've moved them around the house, from my bedroom, to TV room and living room, doing dips during commercials and during laundry cycles (from washing to drying). I'm working my way back to optimum health, after 2 strokes. It's space saving equipment. However, I've lost 40lbs to 50lbs, complications from two (2) anuerysms (strokes). It's been sturdy for me at 165lbs

Great for my whole family!!
My 2 teen sons and husband have been doing work out since the start of covid.... initially we had only a few weights and pull up bar.... I decided to use the first stimulus check to get them some actual equipment.... problem is living in Hawaii we are limited to what will ship here so the first chance I can find something they need that will ship I jump on it... this being on of it!! The quality of this is really nice, durable and sturdy! The metal is very thick, heavy duty and coated in a rust proof type surface!!! I assembled this myself in less than 10 minutes. It was so self explanatory I didnโt even look at the directions although they were there!! I had my son come and test it out... heโs 5โ8 140 pounds and it held him up well!!! It stayed very sturdy and did not rock or wobble at all. There are little dials at the end of each base that will help secure it still.... and it works like a charm! It adjusts very easily with the 2 silver clips for each end and has good size grips pads on each one.... he was able to try this in the various different ways and said they all worked as expected. Weโve had this over a month And itโs been the most used work out piece of equipment they have thus far!! My son is feeling his body him upper body strength... I am in, in home physical therapy and showed my therapist this wondering if this would be something I myself could use to strengthen my upper body as I suffer from paralysis and he said this would be awesome for me to use, so since Iโve been using this once a week when my physical therapist is here to assist me... This was a very reliable investment for my whole family to use.... in my opinion this was priced fairly considering it was free shipping as well!!! Cant beat That!!! itโs easy to maintain... we cover it with patio furniture cover at night to keep it away from any outdoor elements so that it will last long.... Based on our experience as a family and the fact that it actually shipped to Hawaii we are truly satisfied and look forward to adding more work out equipment... I only hope we can find the ones we need that will ship to Hawaii... with all the being said we give this a 2 thumbs up from all of us!! Hope this was helpful!

Weight is basically supported by two bolts
First, this was pretty easy to put together, so that was nice. I noticed something in the process though that concerned me. Your weight appears to be almost entirely supported by two relatively thin bolts (attached to the height adjustment knobs). I got this for dips, but also to assist with flexibility work. I think it'll be fine for the latter, and it seems relatively sturdy as long as you're careful not to push outward. But I'm still nervous about putting full body weight on it for more than a couple of seconds. We had my husband test the bars out first (around 230lbs, so far below the advertised weight limit). And one of the bars made a bit of a banging noise. I thought maybe something just needed to settle into place, so no biggie. He tried it again. Same thing. I tried it. Same thing. Only one of the bars does this which is weird. But I'm not sure I trust it's stability because something clearly isn't right. Not going to exchange them though as one should at least be fine for the flexibility work. I'll take the other apart to see if I can find where the issue is at some point. The sound does seem to come from the area where that height adjustment bolt is though, which confirms my initial concern about all your weight being concentrated on those thin bits of metal. So this one's not really a yay or nay from me. If yours don't have that loud bang / clanking / metal-on-metal noise when weight is introduced, yours might be perfectly fine. Could be we were just unlucky or something went wrong during assembly that will be fixed when we check it over again. But I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone of a higher weight if that happened at just 230lbs or so.
