They should be the enfit ended tubes (screw top) I ordered these for use with a feeding tube and they worked well. Try contacting the seller and explain your received the wrong items..

Yes these are screw top, I feed through an NJ tube & crushed medication mixed in water can be put through using these screw top syringes, Hope this helps.
