This is not a cure all for all my stomach problems. Then again I have been having stomach problems for many years. However, one thing I noticed with this probiotic, is that my bowel movements have been more regular and easier to eliminate. I also, have more energy as well. I tried few other brands, but so far this probiotic has been the best for me! I will definitely continue to buy this product. Overall, I am satisfied and happy with this product. I would recommend this probiotic to others. It is worth checking out.

After a battle with pneumonia and ten days of two different antibiotics, my gut was void of live microorganisms that aid digestion and provide other health benefits. These probiotics are mild and effective. Within 30 days, my gut health was better than before I started taking the antibiotics.

I don't like the price. I use another probiotic called Restor Flora. It's just as good but doesn't gouge on the price. Amy Myers strikes me as a TV personality, and I personally find that off-putting, enough so that I won't buy anything from her. I don't like the phony personality. I saw a video of her, and she's saying that she made something taste better, with a predictable wiggle of her nose. It's just selling. I don't feel she's genuine.

seems pretty good albeit a bit pricey. i personally have issues with certain plant bases compounds, particularly salicylates (plants natural pesticide, which is prevalent in tea, coffee, fruit, and many spices) in large volumes give me gas and loose bowels despite taking probiotics all the time, so i didn't want a probiotic filled with prebiotics and fruit extracts in it. until i realized this sensitivity, i was always blaming the probiotics for not working, when it was my gut reacting to other things. a good way to start a gut restore is a day or 2 of simple home-made meat broth to allow the body time to clear anything its sensitive to. most other probiotics come filled with a farm of food extracts, which makes it impossible to detox.

I started to take 1 pill a day, in the evening after dinner. On day 4, early in the morning I had a sever stomach pain, diarrhea, could not eat for 2 days, only water was coming out of me. I add nothing new to my diet and was working from home as usual, I do not have kids that can bring a virus home. This situation made me google if taking soil probiotics is actually safe and its not very clear. Some articles state that taking probiotics that are not part of our regular microbiom can cause a big shift in your gut bacteria and even take over. I do not think it is safe to take probiotics found in cows gut, birds feathers and soil in general and you should do it under the supervision of some functional doctor.

My gut has been screwed up (goo poo or diarrhea) for four months since taking amoxicillin. Symptoms say probably SIBO. I’ve tried 3 different probiotics and no help. This product was my last effort before having to spend time & money at the doctors office. After only 2-3 days I’m seeing almost normal poos. It has really helped!
