Great value! Comes with 2 pads and 2 pumps. Super easy to pump up and the perfect size for my mom. The quality is good andnholds air well. The physical therapist recommended these over the old donuts. My 91 year old mom is at risk of developing pressure sores after breaking her hip. She said she felt immediate relief on her tailbone. I wrapped it in a pee pad and put it in a pillowcase and tucked into the couch cushion. It's the perfect solution for a couple of problems. I was reluctant about these, but the doctor suggested them to relieve pressure from the skin. They work. Very reasonably priced. Annoying to inflate, but not bad. Worth it. UPDATE: These do work but every one of them leaks air after a couple of months and then they are useless. Unfortunate.

This is the 6th travel cushion I have tried, the least expensive, and it comes with two cushions. Most importantly, it actually has done something to alleviate my sciatica pain. The only guideline is to not overinflate the cushion, but kudos!

It's holding air for nearly a week! Easy to refill! It's not as cushion-y as some, but it distributes weight/pressure well. I used it for long hours, getting up and sitting back down every 45 minutes or so. Did not deflate for days and just had to top it up.

Pillow with holes still gave needed sturdiness and stability. Used it to be able to scoot on my bottom without having any dressings come off. Size is good but could have been a little larger. Easy to fill with air and pump is included.

Both cushions deflated upon first attempt to use. The blue one deflated while being pumped. We could hear and feel the air coming out of a flaw in the cushion. The second cushion deflated within a half an hour of inflating it. We followed all directions and made sure we sealed the air pump opening tightly. Both deflated quickly every time we pumped air into them. Glad these worked for others and wish we had the opportunity to see if they helped my wife's compression sores. We are returning through Amazon and will not reorder.

Needs to be more rounded to fit the shape of the car or chair seat. Always have to adjust.

Seems to work. I’m elderly and could not use the pump. I had to have someone pump it up for me. He said it was tight.
