Perfect if you are still not ready for the tighter one
I bought when I started workout, because the tighter one was too tight for me.It has helped me to prepare my glute and legs muscles to the tighter one.I am a gym addicted and it helps me a lot.

Not as tight as I thought and no rubber grips inside
Not as tight on the thighs as I thought this would be. Ordered a size medium! I'm a size 10 in leggings. No rubber grips inside. Band is ok if you want to go light on your Activation Band training or if you are new to this type of class

Male, molto male! La misura M è segnalata a 33.5 cm, ma mi sono arrivate 11 fasce di 38 cm. Non hanno resistenza sufficiente! Quanto meno cambiate la descrizione perché è ingannevole.
