Nerium oleander, 2x unrooted cuttings, rare deep red color

I received three twigs and after careful nurturing as per instructions one spurted roots. I have no idea if it will survive. Would be better if these were rooted.

The cuttings are not growing well.

I too sent for these red Nerium Cuttins and now after 2 years it is about 3' tall and absolutely beautiful. I planted both bits in a pot together. It looked a bit poor in the winter, even though i kept it indoors in a pot, then in the Summer i transplanted it to a big pot and it all came to life. I absolutely love them and taken lots of cuttings that are all coming. I shall fill my garden with them. Going to plant the potted ones in the ground this week.
