I could cry bc of how much this has helped me. I’ve been searching high and low for a solution to a problem I’ve had for a few years. My rhomboid muscles under my shoulder blades would get incredibly inflamed after a night of sleeping on my side and would get so bad that I couldn’t lift my arms without pain. I had a doctor, chiropractor, and massage therapist look at it and tell me to stop sleeping on my side. Well, tbh I can’t really control that while I’m sleeping. This pillow eliminated my pain within 3 nights of use. I can get my full 8-9 hours and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. It didn’t have any smell, is nice and light (and SO fluffy and puffy! I despise hard pillows so I appreciate the option of more/less fluff), and it even keeps me cool at night (I’m a hot sleeper). I look forward to going to bed now bc of this pillow. I’m traveling on a 24 hr flight to Malaysia in 6 months and I will be taking it with me!! Cost a lot of money, but so far it is worth it. I love my pillow if you sleep on your arm, this is a way to go.
