The overall look of this dinner service is beautiful, and as described by the seller. However, I have only given this 2 stars because there were faults on 4 of the dinner plates. I feel for over £100 they should not resemble 'seconds". I have returned these and reordered a second set.. hopefully these will be better and I will then rescore this review.**Second Review. ***As indicated I sent for a second set as the first set was faulty. Today the dinner service arrived. As before they are beautiful and this time no faults. In addition the company reached out to me to make a very generous offer and an apology. In this day and age , when customer service is quite often lacking it was refreshing that they cared about their product and their customers. Please do not hesitate to buy this beautiful service.. A definite 5 stars. ☆☆☆☆☆.ps I bought the deep plates.. (12) to complette my dinner service. They look like soup plates or pasta bowels.. they could also be used a little serving dishes. Stylish and extremely practical. ☆☆☆☆☆+

Great plates, smaller size than a standard dinner plate 8 inch diameter. I’m trying to lose weight so using a smaller plate = less food on it so. I hope my mind sees a full plate and makes me feel full up. Time will tell.Quality is superb and glazed finish is perfect.

Really happy with these - beautiful. They feel really nice and weighty. Will be used as a day-to-day set. Pleased that the set also included pasta bowls. Would recommend!

Nice set and ever so well packaged, lovely colour to the glaze, a sort of teal I'd say. They're heavy too, solid and feel sturdy and are safe for dishwasher and microwave although I haven't used in either yet. I did have one plate with a slight firing issue in the glaze, nothing too bad but reading some of the reviews it does appear they might have some quality control issues which is a shame as they're a lovely set. Dropping a star off for the glaze issue but overall they're a lovely set and design with deep rims to the plates which I do like.

Lovely dinner set , nice colour (sage Green) well packed . Great value for money . Size is great . Have to be placed carefully in dishwasher or sink as I feel it could easily be chipped.

good size bowls, being stoneware they are less likely to chip, classic black grey colour with fleck lighter grey inner. being wider they sit more stable than smaller taller bowls and are easier to hand was ( I am the dishwasher). they are great for use as breakfast, soup and desert bowls, while they dont actually make food taste better, the mind might think they do due to better air food ratio. easy clean and store. usefull and strong

We had our 24 piece set delivered fast and on time.Quality is fantasticFinish is really niceFeels expensive as they are well made and pretty heavySadly we did have an issue with a 2 damaged plates but after speaking with customer service directly from where we got the plates they offered us a discount or would happily exchange the 2 plates. We decided to get new plates sent which was posted out straight away and arrived 5 days later. And we was told we could keep the chipped plates and do what we wanted with them.Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them too

Feel:I have spent ages trying to find the perfect black mug, I drink black coffee and tea, so when I have bought black mugs in the past they usually have a white interior. Stain upon stain happened often, I tried fully black mugs, they became grey and chalky from the tea/coffee stains. When I saw these with a smooth grey interior I bought them, they are lovely to hold, they are the perfect weight and they clean up beautifully, no scrubbing or having to use bleach. I have bought twelve in total.
