IMOUMLIVE power tool

This 2-in-1 cordless pole saw and chainsaw from IMOUMLIVE has been an excellent addition to my tool collection. The 21V 3Ah battery provides plenty of power to easily trim and cut through branches with ease. I appreciate the lightweight design, making it easy to handle and maneuver even for extended periods. The 14.7ft max reach is perfect for getting to those higher branches without needing a ladder, adding safety and convenience to my tree trimming tasks. It cuts smoothly, and the battery life holds up well for longer jobs. Overall, this tool has been a game-changer for maintaining my yard, and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic value. I have been using this for almost a year and it as sharp as it was on day one. Cuts 6" limbs like butter. The best electric tool I have ever purchased.

I just got it but I think it’s the best thing ever. I wish it could reach more but it’s good enough. It’s easy to handle and cut pretty thick branches.

Easy to assemble, easy to use. The hand guard on the chain saw broke off without any major pressure at all. That should be addressed- pretty skimpy attachment. It cut fine and battery seemed to last a sufficient time. The only complaint I would have is how the parts are labeled or NOT labeled in assembly. Improve instructions.

For the money, this is a great product. The first one I bought, was just the saw & 2 batteries, it lasted about 1 1/2 yrs when a bearing went out inside of it. Lasted a lot longer than I expected because I used it alot. The saw is very handle, eats up wood and comes at a great price. So I went ahead and purchased this one and it works just as great and the batteries from my first one also fits the new saw. The replacement chains are cheap but make sure to pay attention and purchase the correct one. They are measured by links. Pay attention to the chain tension. It will loosen and the chain will come off over time. Make sure you do not tighten the nut up too tight because you are dealing with metal in plastic. But none of this is a deal breaker. I will buy another one when the time comes.

I wasn't able to get to this product right away. So when I finally did open the box and put it together, it did not work at all. The battery was fully charged. It just did not work. I had to purchase a new one

I purchased this product a few months back. Very happy wit it, it performed as expected. Earlier this month, one piece broke and I contacted customer service to get a replacement. Response was very quick an service was excellent. A new pole saw was sent to replace the old one. Great product and excellent customer care.

The saw is OK at best if your only cutting small limbs 1" or less. The motor will stop if it gets in the least little bind that's why I say 1" or less. The pole is weak haven't broken it yet but it's coming. I buy things to use not to collect. I can't say that the other ones on the market are any better I can only speak for this one. The saw need more power i have a tietoc hand limb saw it has plenty of power. The pole needs to be longer if it would go out to 10ft it would be better but the pole would break on this model saw. So if you're looking for a limb saw look for a 10ft model with a strong saw even if you have to spend a few more dollars and if your only cutting small limbs this one will get the job done just don't know how long it will last. Good luck
