After seeing the good reviews I took a shot at this product and now understand why there is a picture of a lady on the box. If you have a small head and lots of hair this will work for you. If you don't have much hair and have to adjust the somewhat short velcro straps near the ends (I don't really have a big head), the velcro loops will dig into your head while you sleep. Maybe "Anti-Snoring/Acupuncture Strap' might be a better description..Product update: After using this product for a week I will say it does prevent snoring when it is adjusted correctly. I needed to adjust the top strap close to the end, but because the loop side of the velcro isn't against your head, it is fine. The rear strap however has the loop side of the velcro against you head and digs into your head as you lay on the pillow.

Probably the best strap I have tried to date. Great quality in material, non-smelling, dye (if used) doesn't run and stain sheets and pillowcases. And once you fit it to your head shape, it is very easy to put on and take off because of the size and quality of the Velcro fasteners. They really did a wonderful job in designing and manufacturing this product. I will certainly buy this again and strongly recommend it to others!In using this strap for a few weeks, I have to downgrade it to 2 stars, The fabric came apart because they did not stitch around the ear holes! Plus, I have found black dye stains on my sheets and mattress pad. I would say these failures are a result of insufficient testing and finishing the product with stitching around the ear holes. It is comfortable, and otherwise very well made except for these deficiencies! Won't buy it again, sad to say. They have a good product here, they just needed to finish it properly.

So, this is not about the seller, this is about these types of gear. I don't know, if I slept with a football helmet, this might not seem so bad. After one night I was ready to chuck this thing in the trash or use it as a water balloon sling. BUT I had to give a solid try to see if I could get used to it. I settled on trying this for 2 weeks to see if I could get used to it and the most important part, if it helped my snoring at all.As for helping with snoring, I argue that sticking a sock in my mouth would help just as much and be only half as uncomfortable.I didn't make it to 2 weeks. After 10 days I gave up.I might actually give the football helmet idea a shot. Can't be any worst.

I am a mouth breather when I sleep. I have minor snoring issues that cause me to have trouble breathing and will routinely wake myself up during the night. A chin strap solves my sleeping issues as it forces me to breathe thru my nose all night. The first night I wore a chin strap to bed I had the best sleep in months, jumped out of bed, and felt like a new person. I now sleep with a chin strap every night as it is now an indispensable sleep tool.I struggled to find a chin strap that stays put all night. This one does. It really grabs my face quite well. Some nights I will rip it off of my face and not realize it. I simply end up waking myself up because I'm snoring again, realize I ripped it off my face and attach it again. I do not hold that against this product.I give this product 4/5 stars because it solves my problem but there are some minor issues that I have with it.1. Out of the box it barely barely fits my head as it is on the small side. With that said, the stretchy material stretches out and after a week and fits much better. I can absolutely see this product being too small to use for some people, though it works just fine for me.2. It is too small to fit on my head as pictured both on the box and in the manual. I have to put it on lopsided. This does not affect its ability to keep my mouth shut when I sleep.3. The black dye rubs off on my sheets, pillows, and everything else. Anyplace I sleep I will leave black marks. It washes out somewhat but over the course of a month it will create a black splotch were my head lays on the pillowcase. This is an issue when i'm traveling. Why even dye the product? No one cares what you look like when you go to sleep.At the end of the day this product is now an essential part of my life.

I purchased a very similar chin strap online from China and although the design is almost exactly the same the quality of this chin strap is somewhat better. Although this strap does last somewhat longer, at 12 times the price of the Chinese product this one is definitely overpriced. You are much better off to use a zig-zag sewing machine to reinforce the sewing on the strap and then replace it with another in 6 or 7 months as the fasteners will start to fray and eventually become worthless anyhow.

My first complain is about the velcro strap that goes over the top of my head. It is far too short. The top strap will only barely grop together on the ends. Anything more makes it too tight and uncomfortable. I paid an alteration shop $10.00 To sew on a longer velcro strip to act as an extension. Secondly, my wfe says the item only seem to turn my loud snoring into a low rumbling sound.

Two ProblemsTop strap too short. Had to add a section of two sided velcro.Chin strap seam too weak. Has started to separate at the seam.

This product bled its black dye all over my sheets. God only knows what was used to dye it. This product is no good.
