I was hesitant to spend this much on a French press. But I’m not sad about it. It keeps coffee hot longer than any of those glass or ceramic presses and it won’t break. I love that the top has a gasket and twist lock mechanism. The top always goes on in the proper orientation and never makes a mess. The coated interior cleans easily and does not stain. The lid is clear plastic and it does stain, unfortunately. But for me that’s not an issue. I have also put this whole thing in the dishwasher with no damage done to the plastic parts. The screen is also one piece and does not need to be taken apart to clean. Another small issue I found is that there is a rubber flap covering the top of the screen. So, unless you empty the carafe, it can be a little difficult to back the screen out because of the suction that is created. Again, not a huge deal. Overall, I highly recommend if you like having a French press. This thing would be awesome for camping too.

Although expensive, this French press is by far the best on the market and worth every penny! The 128oz is awesome. Other than being Extremely heavy for those who don't have strength or arthritis, and the lack of water level measurements, and not including a coffee scoop (this definitely should be included at this price point!).... It's an excellent product that keeps delicious coffee hot for several hours! Note that I find letting it "brew"for 10 minutes when full resulted in better results for our zavida vanilla hazelnut grinds. I don't have any of these leaking issues reported by others thankfully! Highly recommended product!

So happy with this Yeti French Press. It makes enough for 2 cups of coffee. The 2nd cup I put into a glass jar to cool down and then put into the fridge to make a cold brew later on in the afternoon. Saw that someone mentioned that they wished it wouldn’t leak so much. FYI, if you make sure that the lid is locked tight in place before you press, it won’t leak.
