If I could give this more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The TheraICE PROpack gel ice pack is incredible. The gel texture makes all the difference—it’s soft, squishy, and molds perfectly to whatever area I need to treat. Whether I’m using it on my neck, back, knees, or shoulders, it hugs the spot comfortably and provides soothing, even relief. It freezes quickly and stays cold for a long time, but the best part is that it never gets rock-hard like traditional ice packs. Instead, the gel stays flexible, so it’s easy to position and comfortable to keep in place. The design feels high-quality and durable, and I don’t worry about it leaking or breaking like cheaper packs I’ve tried before. I find myself reaching for this way more than I expected—it’s just that good. It’s perfect for sore muscles, injuries, or just everyday aches and pains. Super cold. Love it. I place a thin sheet on top of it and it feels great. Once it loses some of the cold temperature, I use it without anything. It’s perfect for 10 minute ice sessions. Love how flexible and effective it is. I purchased the 2 pack too. Highly recommend!

Stays cold for a while .and is a good size. Doesn’t drip like other ice packs . Can shape to your skin depending on where you use it . Been using this ice pack for back pain for year, very durable . Very helpful .

So much better than a hard ice pack. Size Small perfect for neck, frozen shoulder and hip pain. Re-ordered the medium for my husband’s back. Very cold. I put it directly on my neck and fine with that but if it’s too cold just put a layer between your skin and pack.

This is probably the 4th or 5th pack of this brand that I have purchased. This one is a smaller version compared to others I have purchased. The first thing is that these can be placed directly on the skin, whereas ice can't be placed directly on the skin. That is the first plus. It is usable for any place on the body where you might need a small ice pack. You can pull it right out of the freezer and apply it directly to the skin. It holds its coolness fairly well. Place it back in the freezer, then pull it out and use it again. It is easy to use. One note: it comes in a plastic bag. Store it in the freezer in that plastic bag, or it will pick up smells from the food. This one does not come with any holder or attachment to keep it in place. This particular version has to be handheld. Every one of these that I have purchased, I can still use. They are very durable. If you have a limb injury, look for one of these packs for arms, legs, or wrists. They are outstanding.

Fantastic! Perfect size for small areas or holding in hands to cool off. Super soft and nice blue edging. Husband has the should version and the quality is excellent. Just buy this as it has so many uses at this size.

Overall a good product just wish it stayed cold a little longer.

Omg I love these!!!!! They're saving my life right now with a hand injury and keeping the pain down. They're very comfortable and soft. Not too heavy and freeze back up fast.
