Just received this Belemay iPhone 16 Pro case today. It looks and feels high quality. The "crazy horse leather" provides a very smooth finish - almost synthetic feel. They include a small square of the leather to show it is, in fact, real leather. Buttons are metal and feel good. Depression for new Camera button is well done. Cutout for power plug is extra large, which is very nice, and should help with larger 3rd party USB-C plugs. Rise to protect cameras doesn't appear to be as high as some; which is good. Color: I opted for the "Rustic Green". It is closer to a dark grey with hints of green. Maybe it will look more green in the sunlight. I actually like it very much. I don't yet have the iPhone 16 (release still 4 days away) so I cannot yet speak to the fit, but I do like this case and anticipate it will work very well. Last year I purchased the InUnion Leather Case. It had a rough leather feel. It was nice; but didn't feel as nice as Apple's discontinued leather cases.. but was close and 1/3rd the price. This Belemay case is 2/3rd's the price of Apple's discontinued leather case; but it may actually be a better case.

I've been using this case for a few months now and I've grown to really love it. It patinas nicely and is showing no signs of any significant wear and tear. When it inevitably does wear out I will be looking to replace it with the exact same model. Also, the MagSafe area on the back works just fine. Because it's leather, I'd say magnetic mounts are a *little* less strong, but it holds to my nightly charging stand just fine. The magnetic mount in my truck has dropped the phone a couple of times when terrain got rough, but I know now to not trust the magnetic mount when I'm anywhere near an off-road situation.

My case arrived today, and I immediately put it on my iPhone 16 Pro. I was immediately impressed with the quality of construction; the other reviewers are right about that. Unfortunately, I can't get my Apple Mag Safe charger to work. Part of the issue is that the leather is too thick for the magnets to stick. I tried holding it on manually (and even tried holding the charger on using rubber bands), but had no luck even getting the phone to recognize there was a charger connected. I took the case off and tried the charger again just to make sure the charger was working -- it works just fine -- but I lost the ability to charge once the case was back on. Since one of the main reasons I went with this case was that it was advertised as "Compatible with Magsafe," to say that it was a disappointment is an understatement. I'll look around to try to find a different case that actually does work with magsafe charging. This one was a waste of money.

Great case. Love the quality leather it feels great to the touch. Only problem I had is it’s super hard to take off and on and the action button piece broke off when I removed but this is probably my error. It looks wonderful worn in.

I was first drawn to this case because of its vintage look, but I was blown away once I had it in my hands. The leather feels incredibly premium-soft to the touch and super comfortable to hold. Unlike those slick plastic cases, this one gives me a secure grip, even when my hands are a bit wet or dry. I really love the attention to detail, especially with the metal buttons and camera frame, which add a nice touch of elegance. Despite being slim, it offers solid protection for daily use. It might not be the most shockproof case, but it does a great job against normal wear and tear. The best part? The self-healing feature is like magic-small scratches just disappear with a quick wipe. Every part of this case feels thoughtfully designed and looks great. I'm usually picky about case buttons since they can feel stiff or unresponsive. But the buttons on this case are perfectly tactile, just as good as the original ones on my phone-maybe even better. It fits my phone snugly, so I know it's secure. Though I will say, it's a bit tricky to take off, which can be annoying for someone like me who switches cases often. But I guess that's also a good thing since it means the phone won't accidentally fall out. Overall, I'm really happy with it!

Purchased for iPhone 16 pro max Not a bad case, the metal buttons feels nice. It is very worn out after about 6 1/2 months of use though; a couple of small tears formed in the sides and the case has lost any structural integrity around the camera button, an expected flaw of the variety of leather used. All in all, it was a nice case while it was in service, felt good in the hand, provided plenty of grip. Adding some plastic or wire mesh support around where the buttons attach and around the camera button hole would considerably improve this case’s only real flaws. The ring surrounding the cameras being metal is probably my favorite thing about this case. A very important feature considering the height of the camera lenses on the newer iPhones.

Used this case with iPhone 16 pro for 3 months. Although the case is attractive, there were problems: Several charging errors warning of water when i plugged it in -- had not been exposed other than perhaps sweat in my pocket hours prior to this. Tried to remove the case but this was impossible -- it was tight and stiff and I had to carefully cut the case away (destroying it) while worrying about damaging the phone. Would not recommend this product

The case is great! Comfy and protective, great price with a quick install and the color of the leather is amazing!

Se ha roto tras siete semanas de uso regular. He notado que es un defecto usual revisando otras reseñas. No pensé que fuera a pasarme dado que rara vez retiro la funda (solo para limpiar a detalle el dispositivo). Por lo demás se mira de buena calidad. Lamentablemente la durabilidad dice lo contrario. Preferiría un reemplazo que devolver pero no parece existir una garantía desde la app de Amazon.

So far so good. The case looks great, fits perfectly and even has good protection around the camera button as many cases just completely leave this with a notch cutout which looks terrible. Hopefully this case lasts a while as it’s off to a great start.

Apple used to offer leather case but it was discounted because Apple was criticized for using genuine leather. I had that one on my iPhone 12 and it was amazing! This one is the most similar to the original al one I found so far! The leather part feels very sturdy. The plastic contours feels a bit more salient but doesn’t interfere the experience. The leather looks and feels very genuine. It even comes with a little piece of the original leather to prove that it is real leather. Feels amazing to the touch and I relieve it is going to look even more awesome it ages with the use!

Garbage… not leather… don’t buy it
