Pésimo. Hace seis meses pedí un kit de dos intercomunicadores, marca SCS 8X, llegaron en perfectas condiciones y sin bien, no son los mejores cumplen con su función. Hace un par de semanas pedí un intercomunicador (todo al mismo vendedor) para garantizar que fuese la misma marca, tuviese compatibilidad con los dos anteriores y fuese por supuesto, original. Pues llegó una caja con una marca totalmente diferente, algo chafa, no se veía el logo ni mucho menos la calidad del embalaje (del fabricante) original, sino la mera referencia y el dibujo de un casco. Al instalarlo, oh sorpresa, ni las luces que indican el modo (Bluetooth, música o llamada) son iguales, están son más parecidas a una bola de discoteca con sus mil colores que a un intercomunicador. En cuanto al sonido, es gangoso, no tiene cancelación del ruido, como los dos anteriores. Lo probaré una semana y estaré actualizando en caso de cambios.

Installation is super easy. Just press the magnetic base firmly and it will stay securely in place. Wearing a full helmet or a half helmet won't cause any pressure or irritation to your ears.

I want to love this product, i ordered 2 pack for my wife and I but I cannot get the music sharing to work on both . .. the com is nice a clear. Any advice would help, one may be defective idk.. smh

I’ve used five different headsets for skiing, and I believe this type of device is the game and enhances your experience with your friends and family on the slopes. However, I’ve become quite particular about these devices and am happy to share my thoughts. Here are a few key points to consider regarding "ski" headsets: 1. **Sound Quality**: The sound quality is acceptable but not the best. There is more static noise compared to other devices. At $60 for two units, you don't get average audio. I also tested the FM radio for sound quality, and the left/right balance was slightly off. That said, for skiing, this level of quality is generally acceptable. 2. **Intercom Distance**: The device claims to have a range of 1 km. While I didn’t measure the exact distance, it does reach fairly far. However, the static increases with distance. Since the original sound quality isn't great, the audio quality diminishes at longer ranges, though I can still communicate effectively. [UPDATE] I tested open range test on a trail. Totally line of sight and cloudy but no rain/snow. It reached up to 1330ft. However, as I mentioned before, the static noise is quite there and not able to freely talk without repeating questions. We also noticed the noise can be quite heard if we were too close like within 10 ft. I didn't have that result before, but it does. 3. **Ease of Use**: This aspect really depends on how frequently you use the device. Experience enhances usability. However, the initial operation isn’t as intuitive as with other brands. Additionally, the Power and Memory buttons are the same size and are located horizontally at a distance, which complicates things; other brands often differentiate these controls by shape or size. As a result, I found myself needing to remove my helmet to figure out the controls until I got accustomed to it. A user interface designer could improve this! Furthermore, the English voice guidance comes from a woman with a noticeable Chinese accent. This may not be the best selling point for a product in the U.S. market; hiring a native speaker for the voice prompts would likely be more effective. At least this is the first brand in all price ranges I encountered. Overall, based on my experiences with other brands I’ve tested, I would rate this product lower than its competitors.

I just recently buy it’s amazing sound and colour is so beautiful and price is amazing

These connected very easily to Bluetooth although the instructions could have been better. I loved that the buttons were easy to feel when I had my helmet on. It’s nice that not only can you communicate but you can listen to music as well. I have only used with my passenger not bike to bike and they worked well for that.

Phone audio was good, but the intercom microphone was horrible. Couldn't hear anything. Tried both mics. Also does not do multi audio like intercom + music. Returned due to performance issue. Spent another 100 & Bought another brand and it works fine.

Easy to fit in to the helmet, works well, bluetooth was very easy to connect to the device

No instructions. Can't figure out how to use anything other than music setting via Bluetooth. Website is useless and so is the YouTube page unfortunately.
