Took a few nights to get used to, but so worth it!
It took me a few nights to get used to this pillow, but now I can't sleep without it!I'm a side & tummy sleeper and always woke up with my neck and shoulders sore, no matter how much I would bunch my feather pillow or use a standard memory foam one. The shape of this one was strange at first and the neck angle felt a little high for me (I'm 5'3"), so I removed the extra foam insert and now it's perfect!Although the cover is washable, I use a pillowcase and it still feels cool. At first I went back and forth between this and my other pillow, but I quickly got used to this one and now it feels very comfortable! Highly recommend!

The pillow is very flat. Maybe my shoulders are too large. My kid loves it though.

Best pillow purchase ever!
I wake up frequently with head and neck pain. I thought I would give this pillow a try especially with the great price. After letting the pillow fluff up after opening I took it upstairs to “try it out.” Some hours later woke up with no neck pain or headache!

No Support
Absolutely no support. I can ball this pillow up very small. This is supposed to help with neck pain but literally anything else would be better.

This pillow is great, if you're debating...just get it. Not sure why some reviews say it's too flat. It's not flat, it's very comfy for your neck!

Excellent pillow!
Very supportive and comfortable. My husband said I hardly moved the first night so that tells me it works. I wish it was a little thicker but I corrected that with folding a thick towel into thirds. Cooling comfort throughout the night. Has helped with my neck and shoulder. Works with side, stomach and back sleepers (turn around for comfortable stomach sleeping). Definitely worth the value and I would buy another, if needed. Soft washable case.
