Unfathomable Product
This is in my Honest Opinion, The Highest Quality headset and I recommend to literately everyone looking to invest a portion of their money. Before I Bought this headset I spent weeks on which Gaming Headset to buy and after roughly 23 Youtube videos on just this headset alone I decided to buy it to test it out and DAMN this headset is amazing. The Product arrived neatly stacked and covered, everything was brand new just out of the Original product box (But who cares its just a box, its the headset we want). I Use this headset for Playing CS:GO and PubG and Damn I never knew there were so many sounds you can hear in a damn game and I hook up my phone through Bluetooth and play some spotify while its connected to my PC, PS4, and It even connects to Both Switch and Xbox with phone which is pretty nuts that it can play 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time Pros: -Connects to PC and PS4 with easy through the Box, and it can hook up to switch and xbox through Bluetooth working just fine. -For PC you can download the Steelseries Engine that allows you to update the firmware and completely customize the sound quality of the Headset. -For PS4 you can easily adjust the sound and equalizer through the box -This Headset Range is Extremely large and it can depend on the density of the walls or area you walk but doesn't effect the sound at all. -The Mic is unrealistically good and with the wind screen (black foam cover) the quality becomes even crisper to the point where I would even compare it to a Blue Mic. -The Adjustable band makes it super easy to fit any head and there's no uneasy pressure making it super comfortable to the point where you can forget its on your head. -The Batteries last up to 12 hours sometimes longer depending on the amount of usage and it comes with 2 of them and they charge fairly quick. -The Bluetooth connection is pretty amazing and works perfectly for phone calls. Cons: ( I Personally cant find any so here are some that people have told me about. -People complain about the Volume button being on the headset and they Accidentally Change the volume when adjusting the headset. -People complain that the Headset can seem like its missing bass or the sound isn't working right. (That can be stopped by turning the volume max on what ever you are listening to and then adjusting the volume using your headset) if that doesn't change the quality then you might have a messed up speaker -People complain about it not connecting to Xbox correctly.(But it does connect to Xbox easily just connect it through Bluetooth and it works just fine, I got it to connect to my Xbox One just fine. On a Side note I want to thank the Seller for taking great care of the product and shipping it so fast especially with the pandemic going on.

Great Sound quality, Awesome functionality, Best gaming headset on the market
I've owned just about every major gaming headset out there at one point in time or another. I think the obvious biggest competition to this headset would be the Astro A50 wireless. I've owned both the gen 3 and the gen 4 Astro A50 the ONLY thing better about that headset than this one is the comfort. I wear glasses and the ear cups on the Steel Series Pro put a good bit of pressure on my glass and after a few hours of wearing the headset that starts to get painful. Didn't have that issue with the Astro due to the headband design. Razor, Logitech and Turtle Beach can't compete with what Astro and Steel series bring to the table I've owned all of those as well. The Steel Series Pro is a much better looking headset, it's not overly uber gamer. I like the mic it has decent sound quality for both gaming and voice calls, I'm a network security consultant and I'm on meetings most of the day every day I do use this headset for work from time to time. The mix amp for the steel series blows what Astro has away in just about every way imaginable. Sound Quality Battery life (Astro technically has a longer run time but the steel series comes with 2 batteries and 1 is always charging) Sooo it virtually is never out of battery life just down for the 5 seconds it takes to swap out the battery. Software I think that's a wash maybe I'd give the edge to Astro only because they have a on-console app. You can use the Astro software on xbox without having to plug the base station into a PC for updates and changing out EQ profiles. That is kinda cool. That said, the Steel Series Pro sound better and once you load your preferred EQ settings you can toggle beween and you likely won't need to change them and if you are so incline you can edit a custom EQ on the receiver. One comparison you can't really find is the Steel Series Pro Wireless vs the Arctis 9x which brings us to another point for the Astro Headset, it works natively with xbox, the Steel Series Pro wireless does not. There are work-arounds to make the mic work with xbox but it's not plug and play like the Astro a50 or even the Arctis 9x. The Arctis 9x vs the Wireless Pro, if you are buying to just play on Xbox I'd buy the 9x because the mic works wirelessly as does the headset and it sounds the exact same as the wireless pro. The wireless pro does technically have a sound advantage but playing xbox games you aren't going to hear that minor difference. The Wireless pro really shine on PC, I use mine for both PC and Xbox but if I wasn't using them for PC gaming as well I would have kept the 9x. The Astro A50 as mention above not only works natively on Xbox it also has full software / app on xbox End of the day I highly recommend the Steel Series Pro Wireless. I purchased this set refurbished and it came in as described and works flawlessly. I've seen a few reviews that were bad saying don't buy a refurbished I write that off to a bad 3rd party seller. Can't really hold Amazon responsible for a third party not doing their job. You can save over $100 buying refurbished and mine is great if it had come in poor quality the purchase is protected by Amazon's buyer protection, so you can just send it back and buy from a more responsible seller. If you are buying new I think the Steel Series Pro Wireless is worth the extra $30 over the Astro A50 wireless. $299 vs $329

Good product if you have no issues I guess check reddit
Humm, don't do to many reviews but since day 1 I have been having issues small issues muit led would not turn on, headset only worked over bluetooth but thats ok I needed mainly for bluetooth.. So I purchased a 4 year warranty. It was cheap I contacted Steelseries they infromed me to break the headset and take pictures in my head im like thats a waste somehow it could be recycled..I contacted a different agent to confirm I was informed if teir 2 told you to break it break it so I did took pictures sent it to them. Very next message was opps we ran into a bump... I $<** you not..I was also informed I needed to send all the broken parts in now instead of me sending it the first place btw it was hard 2 break it I almost cut myself I sharp pice of plastic flew off and hit me in the eye that was so unsafe and scary might need 2 get my eye check... So now im in the middle of a move and I cant find all the parts they will not honor my warranty.

Sounds Great, but Not Very Comfortable
I bought these as an upgrade for my previous Astro A50 gen2 set. I needed something with great sound and bluetooth. These were the only ones with that option. The batteries work, and it's awesome to be able to swap them in and out, except I have to take the headphones off and put them back on to do it. This is a problem because they take some adjusting to get comfortable wearing. The sound is lacking a bit in bass compared to what I'm used to with the A50s, but I do hear more things around me in game (PS4, flat eq with surround sound and volume limiter off). I'm still playing around with the equalizer to find a setting that works best for me. Overall I'm pleased in this department. The sidetone feature is really nice because I can hear not just myself, but other things going on around me. So I don't miss my phone or someone calling me from across the room - and that's with it at 6! Bluetooth works as advertised too. Sometimes it's easier to use chat apps via my phone, or to have a conference call to communicate. There's a lot of flexibility and I like that. My biggest and only real con is the comfort. I for the life of me cannot get this thing to fit comfortably on my head. It feels like my ears will get pulled up from the lobes. It also clamps pretty hard around my ears. The cushions are really comfortable, but they're overshadowed by the tight fit. I have a fairly large head and I'm bald, so I can imagine if it had a head full of hair the struggle that would be. I really wish they would ditch the ski google strap and go with a more conventional way of adjusting. This is the first time I've ever had this problem with headphones. If these fit better, I would've given it a 5, but they take some work to get to a point where I'm not aware I'm wearing them. This isn't a problem I should have with headphones at this price point. Still, they tick so many other boxes for me in terms of functionality, I'll deal with it for now. If you have a smaller head, or don't mind some slight discomfort while gaming, and need bluetooth functionality, I'd recommend these. Otherwise, you may want to check out the A50 gen 4.

Top tier headphones - But not for Xbox players (WARNING)
So, I would like to start off with the negatives first, but the asterisk on them is it was my fault for not researching enough. I play mainly on Xbox, and these headphones were labeled to not be for Xbox. I found a “work-around” video that was supposed to let it work for Xbox, but I ran into a new problem; the mic is not functional via game chat on Xbox. The only way to talk to people is to use the Bluetooth functionality to connect to your phone/tablet, use the Xbox companion app and set up a party and invite people into it. Note: you cannot join other’s Xbox parties to talk, it has to be YOURS through Bluetooth, NO other way to talk to people. Now onto the positives, and trust me outside of that particular issue above, it’s pretty much nothing but positives. Sound quality is phenomenal, I prefer a bit more bass in mine but the mids and highs are some of the best quality sound I’ve ever heard in my life. The connecting hub box lets you customize the settings and equalizers in very good ways. The Bluetooth and wireless connections are amazingly well-held, and it’s such a nice feature to have that option to hear your phone calls while playing games. The noise cancellation isn’t the best compared to proper noise cancelling headphones, but the general isolation it gives is fantastic. I was able to hear some things while playing games but it drowned out most annoying background noises. As for comfort, this is the weakest department in my opinion, they are certainly very comfortable and deserve at least 4 stars for most people, but as I have a big head and big ears, I found them to be rather tight for my personal setup. I have found headphones like the Razer Nari to be more comfortable, however I’ve also tried the Arctic 9X and those are actually more comfortable for those looking for comfort above all else. Overall, these are some of the best headphones you can buy - unless you are trying to play on Xbox.

A good headset with a major known issue
I got the Arctis Pro headset to hopefully replace my Logitech G933. After using it for a short while, I couldn't use it anymore. Note that this review doesn't reflect the renewed version of the headset. The renewed headset product that I got was 10/10. Kudos to the vendor. PROS: -Bluetooth. This was a feature I didn't know that I needed or wanted. -Build quality is decent although I have seen there are reports of headset band. headset cup, and headset hinge cracks after a year of use or breaks off -Headset is lightweight and fits good on my head -Headset looks very slick -Battery swapping is nice -Retractable mic is a nice feature -Mic quality is good but sounds nasally -Most if not all headset controls can be accessed through the base station -Connection distance is great and doesn't disconnect or distort when walking around NEUTRAL: -Sound quality is OK but has its negatives. The highs, mids, and lows are fairly good. Out of the box, the headset is very quiet. You have to enable the gain / disable the volume limiter to get the headset to pop. This unfortunately amplifies the biggest issue with the headset. Bass on the headset is weak. Having more EQ might fix these issues though, see below. Essentially the sound quality is there but doesn't pack a 'punch'. In my experience, the headset is better in sound quality than the Corsair Virtuoso but the Logitech G933 beats this. -No RGB. I thought the RGB light on the wired version looked great and wasn't flashy. It was a nice subtle touch. CONS: -Headset has a constant white noise / hiss noise that cannot be fixed. The noise happens regardless of it being connected to the base station or certain volume settings. The noise is also amplified when you disable the volume limiter. This issue affects all Arctis Pro wireless headsets and Steelseries acknowledges the issue but won't do anything about it. Google this to find out more. If you don't have sensitive ears, you probably won't hear it or notice it. The noise will go away when you go full wired mode supposedly but that defeats the entire purpose of this headset. -Battery life is low compared to other Arctis headsets and the competition. You get 10 hrs / battery. Yes you can easily swap them but the battery capacity life doesn't compare the Arctis 7 which has 20+ hrs on a single charge. -Terrible EQ settings. Out of the box, you only have 5 bars of EQ control. I find this to be unacceptable at this price point, especially considering other Arctis headsets have more EQ control. You have to use third party software for full EQ control. -There is a loud static sound when I stop/pause/mute audio regardless of media source, type, or volume. The headset is a few years old now and needs a refresh. Perhaps a refresh will fix these issues, but for now I suggest to keep looking unless you can live with these issues, like many have.

at 50% off THIS IS A STEAL ..series (sorry, had to)
great audio and mic quality, comfortable and not too heavy, and the oled screen on the control box can be used with the steel series GG engine to display system specs like cpu/gpu/ram usage and temps which is really nice, not to mention charge the two batteries that come with it so that you can hot swap them by quickly removing the magnetic side of the headset, meaning you never have to plug it in. certified refurbished but you'd think it was brand new never used, and on sale for $100 THIS IS A STEAL, simply the best bang for buck headset you could buy (and ive tried a lot) my last headset was the steel series arctis 7+ and they lasted me 5 years of heavy daily use before its end of life (rip) these have a similar design and feel so im sure theyll last about as long or probably longer for most others people.

Finally
This is the best value for a headset you can buy right now. Don't be afraid of the refurbished. If it's DOA, you can just return it. for $100, you get: - hot-swappable batteries (huge if you forget to plug in your devices) - balance audio wheel for game vs chat balance ON THE HEADSET (so games don't overpower discord calls) - mute button ON THE HEADSET - 2.4ghz wireless dongles - bluetooth if you want it This is it. The single perfect headset I've been waiting to find for years. Build quality is amazing. like an arctis 7 but more premium feeling and metal components. No it's not the best speakers or microphone possible. If you're gaming and you need to use studio monitors, this is not for you. That being said, it's pretty darn good. This headset doesn't do any one thing the best, but it's god the most useful overall features and will keep you less annoyed for longer. 10/10 go buy it.

EXCELENTE CALIDAD-PRECIO
