Hercules by Maison Alhambra for Men - 3.4 oz EDP Spray

Its like Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille and Parfums de Marly Herod had a love child that came out beautiful and unique in its own way. Its smooth and balanced, I'm definitely picking up on the sweet tobacco right away, then it dries down into this warm, cinnamon and vanilla blend of spice, it's awesome. This is also seriously a great deal for what you get , it's is on par with other niche scents and stands out. Not only is the bottle sexy, but it has a nice heft to it that makes it feel luxurious, there's 3.4 OZ of Eau de parfum for around the $15-20 mark, insane deal. This stuff is semi-nuclear, let me tell you... it's not insane overkill like some extraits, but 3-4 sprays with this one MAX and you're good to go for a while, around 6-8 hours is what I estimate for longevity, great projection, I got instantly complimented by my roommate when I went downstairs after putting this on for the first time.

At this price point for a massive 3.4 oz bottle, you can afford to be a little heavy-handed with the sprayer. Oh my goodness this fragrance right here is a banger. Just imagine Tom Ford tobacco vanilla without the clove all throughout. This fragrance smells so good and the tobacco isn’t overpowered. It blends with the sweetness in the spice of the vanilla and cinnamon, and it carries it out through the entire time of the smell. Honestly, the projection is stronger than I expected. You can definitely smell it from a few feet and probably for about a good 3-4 hours of strong performance. It would probably be more and colder in colder temperatures The longevity is insane as well. This can easily last over 10 hours on your skin. The design of the bottle was very basic, but the scent isn’t. I was kind of afraid to buy this, but I was really surprised and then the price of this I feel like this was a steal.

There's a creamy vanilla presence mixed with a rich tobacco-like quality, which is balanced by light spices and a subtle woody backbone. It smells deep and slightly sweet, but never cloying or harsh. It certainly is a great clone of parfum de marly Herod, of which this cologne clones quite reliably. It gets even better as it dries down: warmer, smoother, more refined. The vanilla and woods stick to the skin in a cozy masculine manner, feeling both classy and comforting at the same time. It's that kind of scent that works perfectly for evenings, colder weather, or any other occasion when you want to smell put together and confident. Performance is solid; and for the price, the quality of this scent is really impressive-this smells way more expensive than it is.

Good looking bottle. Scent is a pleasant one for the upcoming fall season too IMO. Really disappointed in the strength, though. Ironic, considering the name lol... I shop edp's and elixir type/strength scents so I don't have to reapply or over-apply. I get that it's a good bargain, but if the company sold the same scent, but twice as strong... I'd gladly pay the extra. Good scent. Just needs more oomph.
