A great tool for someone who is beginning to learn Greek.

I, an American English speaker since early childhood, have been trying to find books and tools to help me learn Greek to be able to visit Cyprus. (I understand that there are 2 dialects.) It has been very difficult to find tools that will work! This one helps me learn how to write the letters, but I still had to write the name of the letter on each page! It also does not show the pronunciations of the letters of the Greek alphabet, which is not the same as English-speakers usually pronounce them. I am still looking for a basic grammar book for beginners, as I learn how to pronounce each of these letters that are new to me, an English major who has studied Latin and French.

My wife didn't tell me they came but it's just what I wanted.
