This is a really great ice pack. Have tried a few others for my husbands golfers elbow and they all warmed up way too fast. This one stays cold for a very long time enough to do both elbows in one sitting at 20 min each. One issue is it could be a bit more elastic to hold very tight however it’s the best one we’ve ever tried by far.

It’s very good!

This works really well for my tennis elbow. It stays cold long enough to help with the pain but isn’t too cold or uncomfortable. I also like that it doesn’t make a mess like using regular ice. Easy to use, flexible, and great for targeted relief.

This sleeve delivers effective cold therapy and is easy to apply with one hand. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the cubes which contained the cold gel move around and can be a little bit uncomfortable if you want to rest your arm somewhere while you’re icing. I think this may be the best choice available.

I’ve had ongoing tendinitis in both elbows for weeks. Incorporating these two to three times a day along with light strengthening work has made a noticeable difference. If you’re a man, however, it may be a little bit of a struggle to pull on, initially, though, until you’ve used them a few times.
