1000% out of 100%. If I could give it more stars I would. I have been very lactose intolerant since I was 19 ( i am 33 now) and I grew up in the great Midwest dairy state eating dairy my whole life. I love dairy, but dairy hates me. Lactaid i thought was the solution but it never did anything no matter me trying to triple the dosage. For years I just let my lactose intolerance dictate my choices (mostly) but I saw adverts for Milktab when hearing there's been a surge in development for lactose intolerance digestives that pack a better "punch". I chose to try Milktab after doing a big comparison between a lot of other similar companies producing these kinds of products. What really won me over was that this doesn't just help digest lactose but the other parts that make up dairy products like protease and lipase. So I gave it a shot for a vacation to universal studios in Orlando. Since the first pill it has worked LITERAL wonders! Normally having something with dairy makes me search for the nearest bathroom in 10 minutes or less but I got to enjoy my entire day and not have that painful danger feeling in my tummy. I got to eat so much food that i never get to have otherwise without any pain which for how long I've been lactose intolerant, its practically unheard of! For a pretty affordable 12$ at the time of purchasing a small sleeve of 15 pills I thought that was great for stuffing in my purse/wallet while on vacation and it didn't take up much room. After a whole week of testing, I trusted these pills so much I ordered directly from Milk tab and got their deal for 3 boxes so I can enjoy dairy again. I can't say much about the taste as I would usually just take it with some water or soda which I think is the preferred method and works fine. The pills themselves if i let it rest on my tongue for a few seconds sorta taste like what I think bland cardboard tastes like. If that's all i have to deal with to eat dairy then that i'd argue is a completely fair trade off. I will 100% buy from them again.

These are awesome. I would still get symptoms with Lactaid and Dairy Pill. I am pain and potty free with these! I think they are even helping with my IBS. It's been great. Definitely will keep buying.

I have been not only severely lactose intolerant but dairy intolerant for 9 years. I have never tried any lactase supplements or even looked into them until recently. This brand was one of the top recommendations on Google when I did research and then all of everyone else's comments helped me decide to give it a try and I am so glad I did! I started out with a small amount of dairy because that's what Google recommended. Took 1 pill then ate a couple cupcakes and felt no side affects after only eating small amounts for a few days I then moved to a larger amount of dairy including ice cream and cheese. I did take 2 pills for that just in case and I did not have ANY side affects! I am amazed that this works and I highly recommend. I promise you won't regret it.

It’s a good product with the seller has some kind of issue twice now in August and in September we’ve ordered the 30 pack and both times when it was received they sent a 15 pack of tablets. Other than that my daughter, I believe so she likes the product but it’s the company that has to figure out what’s going on with your picking of the orders.

I enjoy these tablets as they work very well, but I have paid 3 times for the 45 pack and have received the 15 pack each and every time.

Take one of these before eating any milk products, out to dinner or somewhere your not sure of the ingredients. Excellent results, all side effects from lactose intolerance not experienced!

Dairy is not my friend lol but when taking these it is. I had no upset stomach or running to the bathroom lol. These work!

I really like the product! Wrong size of package was delivered. I paid for 45 but received 15. Update: they sent me one more 15 count package. Still owe me 15. Update: The seller finally got back to me and tried to arrange a new package, but at this point Amazon had already given me a refund. I appareciate their reaching out to me, even if it took longer than expected. And I do really like the product so I am updating my review to more stars!
