for iPhone 16 Pro Max, Ultra Hybrid T MagFit [Camera Control Button] [Compatible with Magsafe] - Frost Black

I had purchased a popular brand compostable case (I was trying to be environmentally friendly) for my new 16 Pro but it was bulky and the cutout for the new side camera button was a giant pain (I could barely press the freaking button!) and the MagSafe insert was not strong enough:(. I had already been eyeing up this Spigen case as a replacement and after a month of trying out the compostable case, I had had enough and purchased this Spigen case....and I am SO glad I did!! I absolutely love it! I'm going on month 3 with the Spigen case and it's working out great so far! The camera touch button works impeccably! HIGHLY recommend the case with touch pad camera button! I have the white 16 Pro, so we'll see how long the anti-yellowing of the case lasts...so far it's still good. I do love the clear case because I get to enjoy the original color of the phone. The case is minimal and sleek and fits snugly - no issues with it slipping off! And the protection is top-notch - I've dropped the phone (accidentally, of course) several times now and not a scratch on the phon itself! And barely any scratches on the case - this thing seems to be made to last! All of the button notches are easy to press and the upraised wall around the camera area seems to be protective as well. Fingerprints on the back of the case are easily removed (I don't mind - it makes me clean it more often, which is a good thing!) and barely show up. The MagSafe magnet is VERY strong and excellent! I had purchased a new phone mount for my car and this thing suctions to it with a very satisfying "thoomp" and does not budge! If you're looking for a 16 Pro case with excellent protection, easy to press buttons - especially for the new camera side button - and attractive to boot, don't think twice - just get it! It has every feature I look for in a phone case. Fingers crossed the anti-yellowing holds up!

When they said that this case fit the phone like a glove, they meant it. I put it on, and wow, it was on there really good. It was lowkey kinda hard to put on, and even harder to remove. I love that. Even with a screen protector on (also from Spigen), there's enough lip on the case that you're not rubbing your screen on the surface when putting it face-down. The camera lip is also enough. I love that the Camera Control section is flush with the side of the device. It feels like the caseless iPhone. It makes it so much easier to use Camera Control, this case might actually make me start using it. The sides are grippy enough, but I don't know how long that will last. The back is also a bit slippery with how smooth the matte surface is. I don't know how it will hold up to scratches over time. My favorite part about this case is the fit. I came from a Tough Armor case prior to it, and this just feel so much sleeker. Despite that, i don't feel like it's a compromise to the protection of the phone at all. It feels entirely adequate while looking and feeling good. Lastly, I got mine on sale for around $17, so for that price, I'm definitely happy. I wish they'd keep it at this price all the time.

I typically try multiple cases to find a favorite (my wife thinks I'm crazy) but my phone is the piece of technology I use the most and I want to be happy with the case. The Spigen Hybrid T is the fourth case I've tried for the new iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I think it's a winner. 1st Case: Speck, this was ordered with the phone from ATT, the look was ok, but it was very slippery. No major issues, but it was so slick that the rounded edges made it difficult to pick up off a flat surface and it was quickly replaced. 2nd Case: OtterBox Symmetry, this was my favorite case on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. This version did not have the same grippy edges as my old OtterBox Symmetry, which I missed. I used this case for a few weeks, but I never got completely used to the camera button cutout. It wasn't terrible, but it did allow for accidental touches on the edge of the screen which was annoying. Also, the finger prints on the back of the case were horrible. Fingerprints don't typically bother me, but for some reason these really stood out. 3rd Case: SupCase, this case full coverage and an integrated camera button similar to the Spigen Hybrid T case, but the button protrudes a little more which caused accidental presses. That problem was solved by changing the button to a double press to launch the camera. This SupCase has kind of a cool look to it, without perfectly rounded edges, but the sides were a little taller than I like and it did interfere with screen use at the edges. The edges of the SupCase were not grippy, but it also was not slick. Fingerprints were not an issue on this case. My plan was to stick with with the SupCase if the Spigen Hybrid T did not work out. 4th Case: Spigen Hybrid T, I just received this case today, and upon initial trial I believe I have found a winner. The camera button sits flush with the side of the case, and I can already tell there will not be accidental presses. Also when experimenting with the haptic actions of the camera button, it is extremely responsive, better than the SupCase. The sides of the case have a nice rubber like grippiness to them, exactly what I've been looking for. Also the back is frosted, and while some people don't like that the matte feel of frosted plastic, it does not show any fingerprints. The edges are tall enough to protect the screen and the cameras, but not obtrusive. The case fit is tight and I really like the look. Conclusion: Depending on what you're looking for, either the SupCase or the Spigen Hybrid T are both great options that include an integrated camera button so you don't have to deal with a cut out like most cases for the new iPhone 16's. The SupCase is a little chunkier, but still easily slides in a pocket. The SupCase doesn't look like every other phone case out there if you like to be different. The Spigen Hybrid T is slim and tight fitting and feels great to me. I would guess given the slight difference in heft that the SupCase is a little more protective, but I rarely drop my phone. Neither are going to be as protective as an OtterBox defender, but that's not what I'm looking for. Both of these are highly recommended, but for me it will be the Spigen Hybrid T.

I’ve had my iPhone 16 Pro Max for a month now. Initially, I bought a clear case from ESR, similar to this one. I chose it because it was affordable, and I’d had a great experience with other silicone cases from the same brand before. However, the clear case for the iPhone 16 Pro Max was disappointing. The material didn’t feel premium, and the build quality seemed subpar. While it had a cutout for the camera, it lacked the technology to interact with the camera control. What disappointed me the most was how soft the material was—it didn’t feel nice to the touch and gave the impression that it wouldn’t protect my phone well in the event of a serious fall. The worst part came after just two days of regular use. Likely due to heat and humidity buildup, the back of the case stuck to the phone, creating an unpleasant visual effect, as if water had seeped inside. I constantly had to remove the case, clean it, and put it back on. It was so annoying that I decided I couldn’t keep using it. So, after searching and researching for a few days, I came across this case from Spigen. I had used their products years ago, and what caught my attention was that they’ve developed the technology to cover and use the camera control. I decided to give it a try. Honestly, I expected a better product due to the higher price, but I didn’t want to get my hopes up too much to avoid another disappointment. However, from the moment it arrived and I unboxed it, I could clearly see the difference in quality. I’m very happy and satisfied with this case. It feels solid, has excellent build quality, a beautiful design, and a pleasant texture. It’s slightly flexible but still rigid enough to feel secure. It fits the iPhone perfectly, giving me peace of mind that my phone is well-protected against drops or accidents. The MagSafe works very well and holds strongly. Although the buttons aren’t the softest, they’re still easier to press than those on Apple’s official clear case. What truly surprised me was the functionality of the camera control—it’s amazing. It works flawlessly and is so sensitive that it feels like you’re pressing the original button on the phone. I highly recommend it.

At the time, I was looking for cases that covered the new camera control button and this was the best offered at that time. Almost exactly two years to the day, the camera control housing finally fell into 4 pieces after an accidental drop. I did like the slim feel, good clear see through appearance to appreciate my iPhone’s natural titanium color, decent build materials, and it did have good value for the price. Aside from the bumper glue separating from the rest of the case’s housing, whole case yellowing, and camera control button breaking, the case can hold up with daily use if you keep your iPhones for around 2 years. If you’re looking for “entire lifetime of the iPhone” use, I’d look elsewhere.

If you have an iPhone 16 Pro Max buy THIS case! This is my 4th iPhone ( in a lot of years… and the first one with a really fancy camera ( that I haven’t learned to use yet - Because the other case with a cut out didn’t allow me access. No Surprise.) The real surprise is that with this case On, the camera button is Responsive in ways it wasn’t with no case at all! 🙀. Oh My. If I had not bought this case - I may never have appreciated my camera. So don’t hesitate - best camera case ever for me. I can’t tell you how protective it is. My first iPhone was a 6. I’ve never damaged any of my phones - never busted a screen. But this case fits like a Glove. I’m tempted to buy another just like it - Just Because. What if they quit making it and I still have my 16 Pro Max? Defensive Buying? It’s also nice and slim and has a good grip on it. 5 stars. If it fails me in any way I’ll come back and tell you. This case is beautiful and matches my Desert Titanium iPhone 16 Pro so well. The materials feel soft and the case is comfortable to hold, the buttons are excellent, and the MagSafe is strong and holds my Magsafe Popsocket super well. It’s lightweight but durable. I’ve only dropped my phone once so I don’t know first hand how much it protects my phone. It fits super well and is easy to take on and off but fits snugly and it works even with a screen protector. I was initially skeptical of this case, as in the past I have only purchased premium cases, back when LifeProof and Otter Box were actually good. but it’s a great value and I love how the Camera Control button is on a pretty colored case instead of most brands where the only Camera Control covered cases are clear. There is one thing I’m disappointed about, and that is that it isn’t very grippy and it’s very slippery feeling. I have neurological problems that make me drop my phone anyway and I definitely recommend a Popsocket and lanyard or wrist strap if you tend to drop your phone a lot. TLDR: I highly recommend this case because of its value, fit, comfort,and color. I suggest a Popsocket and lanyard for people who drop their phone a lot because it’s not grippy at all really.
