For the price I was prepared for this to be a throwaway, something to get me through the week until I could get something better… but I love it! It makes cutting so easy, I’m literally walking around my workshop looking for things to cut! It handles both plywood and solid wood with ease, both crosscutting and rip cutting. I have had a couple of cuts splinter, but it has always been a case of me leaning too hard on it- if I ease off and let the teeth do the work, it cuts cleanly every time. It even works great on PVC pipe!I will say that this blade is a bit thick and stiff, so I will still be buying at least one more saw of this type for flush-cutting and fine joinery. But with this one already in my collection, I can go a lot finer/more delicate with that one than I otherwise would, so this one still has a central place at my workbench.

I'm a 72 year old woman, so I just needed a small, easy to use little saw so I could cut the trim for my dresser face-lift. This saw has a wood handle which is very comfortable to hold. It's very sharp and I was able to make very accurate cuts. I was nervous about messing up the project but this saw made it really easy.

Does what it’s designed to do! Needed to cut the bottom of my wood fence to allow clearance for sod. Was so glad to find this saw! I was able to get the job done in less than 10 minutes. Best little saw I could have purchased for $6! The blade is sharp so be mindful when using. The saw is very lightweight which was a concern for me. But it cut the wood like butter when I used two hands to hold in place. It has a soft wood and hard wood side marked on the saw blade with sleeves on both sides. Worth the buy for small wood cutting projects.

I am using it to cut slices in pool noodles that we use in our hydroponics. Great tool, extremely sharp, and it doesn't wobble when cutting. It fits nicely in my hand. As a lifelong woodworker, I deeply appreciate the quality of tools. And this tool is quality. I would rebuy if the need ever comes up.

A most have tool easy of use the blade size incredible sharpness and cutting ability won’t let you set apart from this tool cut accuracy and comfort are super great.

I really like it. Cuts smoothly and o am able to make frames out of trim.

It was nice to have a thin blade for delicate cuts.
