Used it 4 water retention. I get this in hot weather. Found it helped a good deal.

Nowhere on the Amazon site does it indicate that this product is for pre menstrual women. I am 74, as such it is of no use to me and I would not have ordered the product if this important fact had been stated. I wanted to return the item but to do so is quite complicated, I gave up in the end so a total waste of money and of my time.

Talking to the guys here, if you have noticed that your face is looking really puffy or your skin is feeling a little tighter than it should be but you haven’t gained weight recently .Try these as you may be retaining water like I am. And drink way more water
