160g sugar- splash of vanilla extract-,can of evaporated milk- can of this pumpkin- sprinkle of pumpkin spice or ginger/cinnamon/all spice - mix together in a bowl - pour into a tray/dish lined with ready rolled shortcrust pastry- cook on 180/200 for about 40 mins, serve with blob of vanilla ice cream... yummy

What’s the expiry date please?

As it is tinned, it should be okay [unopened] almost indefinitely-- I used my last tin this week--a year after purchase----pumpkin banana bread delicious.. Recipe needed 1/2 tin, I have frozen the rest of the pulp for another time.
