Nice batter more and enough for fitness tracking
I have this band after my Iwatch was broken. I realized I didn’t use the full functionality of it, because the watch screen is too too small to do anything complicated. I also don’t need (don’t want to be interrupted by) all the notifications/functionality like using my phone. Therefore, I decided to focus on what I really need, which is fitness tracking. I tried the other more famous band, which looks great. But the battery life was a big concern to me. It didn’t last one day after I turned on all functionality. It might be defective, since it claims a little longer Battery life than that. Besides, I had to pay for some functions. So I switched to this one, cheaper but with longer battery life. The battery life is really amazing. With all functions on, it can last 10 days or more (I never let it go down to 30%). When I have a short business trip, I don’t need to bring a charger at all. It provides enough fitness tracking. By comparing with my old Iwatch, I found that the Distance is accurate , the steps is a little lower but ok for me. The calories are very different (I heard the calculation is different). But it does provide me the relative information for my day to day fitness activities. I have it on my wrist all the time. Charging is also very fast. I like it very much!

Wonderful fitness tracker
I bought this to replace my Fitbit Charge 5 that recently died, and while I've had it not quite a week I already love it. Unlike my Fitbit, it has alerted me to high heart rates when I am standing instead of congratulating me on being active like the Fitbit did in the same situation. Activity tracking is easy, and I haven't had any issues with bumping the tracker and accidentally stopping timers like I did with the Fitbit. It has all the features I wanted, a few I wasn't looking for but that have been helpful (like being able to switch my phone to do not disturbfrom the tracker), and none of the extra stuff that I didn't want. I really like how the image on the home screen can be changed, and I was impressed when it bumped yoga to the top of the exercise list after I tracked just one yoga routine. I wish the app could be connected to the fitness app I use, but that's my only complaint. The app has also been easy to use. Definitely more than worth the price.

Great watch for a great price
What a great alternative to expensive local brands. Battery life is exceptional and all features work perfectly.

Great band for the price, with a super long battery life.
I used to use a Fitbit Versa 2, and while I liked its functionality, the large screen made my skin really itchy if I tried to wear it 24/7, and the battery life was low enough that I had to take it off to charge it every couple of days or risk it randomly running out of power when I needed it. My perspective: I'm a very sedentary person naturally who would be perfectly happy to sit in front of my PC all day if it weren't awful for my health. I do strength training twice a week and try my best to get those recommended 150 hours of cardio per week, but don't always make it. Pros about this band: 1. The screen is narrow, and so there's enough airflow that my skin hasn't had any issues at all. I typically switch which wrist I wear it on whenever I charge it, but have not even experienced that telltale overly-smooth skin section where I'm wearing it even after having it on the same wrist for a week. 2. The battery lasts what feels like *forever*. I turned on pretty much any feature that said it would worsen battery life, and I only charge it at most once a week if I remember to plug it in while I'm showering. It's usually only down about 50% when I top it off. It could easily go two weeks without running out of power even with everything enabled. 3. Lots of different watch faces available to download. I personally don't like looking at the time as two numbers on top of each other, but there are plenty of watch faces where all four numbers are in a line like time is normally written. 10:10 instead of 10: 10 4. I really like the color! Ice blue is one of my favorites, and I like that the unit itself is a pretty blue, not just a black watch with a different colored band like a lot of the other brands. 5. It tracks my workouts really well! I love looking at all the different stats to see how much my pace, heart rate, cadence, stride, and all that over the course of a run. And having this watch has started motivating me to actually try to get better at running! 6. My wrist is super thin. Like 14cm circumference thin. But the band on this watch lets me strap it on with a couple of notches to spare! And the screen size isn't an issue at all. Cons: 1. Some of its metrics are pretty worthless. Vitality Score in particular seems to cost *way* too much effort to earn enough points, compared to the Training Load which feels more in line with how much exertion actually tires me out without getting too tired. It's apparently a known issue from searches online, so I just turned that feature off. I wish I could turn off VO2 max, since I'm not a pro runner and that section of the app is unlikely to ever say anything other than "Wear your device and run" as if it were that simple. 2. If you want to track your 150 heart minutes per week, it's not great at that either. It seems to be tracking the minutes of an entire exercise based on your average heart-rate across the entire duration. So if your heart rate on *average* was in the 61-70% of maximum zone, it counts all of it for your daily move minutes, even if your heart rate was only actually above 60% for half of the time. For example, I went for a brisk walk today for 34 minutes. There were 16 minutes below 60%, 16 minutes of 61-70%, and 2 minutes of 71-80%. By my calculation I should have had 20 minutes of exercise (16 minutes of moderate + 2 minutes of vigorous that counts double) but the daily summary showed me as having 34 move minutes added. 3. There's no way to change *any* of the measurements from metric to imperial measurements. You have to put in your height and weight for your profile in centimeters and kilograms. If you want to use the app to track your weight, you have to put it in as kilograms. It measures every walk or run in kilometers, and the watch will automatically ping you every time you've hit a kilometer milestone on a tracked workout. On the plus side, this is helping me build a good mental picture of how far a kilometer is, so it's helping me learn metric a little better, and I was using a separate app to track my weight either way. 4. It doesn't seem to have a lift to wake function at all. I lift my arm, it doesn't turn on. I have to tap the screen. And sometimes when it first turns on, the screen is really dim, and I have to wait a few seconds for it to get bright enough to see it when I'm outside. Overall, I'd recommend this fitness band. For the price, it does a great job of tracking my workouts without being uncomfortable, and the battery life lasts so long that I don't even think about charging it.

it's totally worth the price.
It works much better than I expected, it has many functions, it trachea the sleep, the calories, the exercises it has many types of workout to trachear I was afraid that it would not connect well to my iPhone but it was synchronized through its app, the sleep tracker measures when it is light, deep or rem, it also measures stress. Its charge is light that I liked the most it arrived with 60% charge and served me for 10 days and had all the functions active. Without a doubt,

Great affordable fitness watch
Love this watch! Clear screen with functional display. Good battery life (almond a week), useful biometrics. My only complaint is that the app it uses, Mi Fitness, doesn't sync with main fitness apps. It's not widely recognized, if at all. So I've lost all my regular exercise buddies 😕

Great fitness band at a very affordable price!
I love my Miband! I had Fitbit and it was fussy and complicated and I had to reset EVERYTHING every time the battery ran down. Miband has so many fun features and so very many gorgeous and fun clock faces. Features and features and features. I really love it!

Perfect for small wrists
I have tried many fitness watches but they're all too big for my wrist and I lose interest in wearing them. I could use an even smaller band but the face doesn’t overwhelm my wrist so that mskes up for it. Same functionality as most fitness bands. As an android user, it is nice to have something that allows receipt of texts without the bulk, while allowing me to track steps, stress, etc.
