Great poffertjes maker
Took this device abroad where they don’t have ‘poffertjes’ (mini Dutch pancakes). Big hit, everyone loved them. It’s a heavy item but it really is excellent quality. The nice thing about this model is that you don’t need to turn the poffertjes as they do in dutch markets. How easy is this! You can make 25 pieces a time. Ideal for a party. Serve with powdered sugar and butter. Yummy
