JIO JioPhone Prima 2, 4G Keypad Phone with Safety First Feature, YouTube, JioTV, JioHotstar, JioSaavn, JioPay (UPI), Video Calling, LED Torch, Digital Camera | Luxe Blue | Locked Network

Initially I got a defective product, which was not charging at all even after keeping on charge for 5 hours. I spoke with Amazon representative regarding the issue and they were quick enough to issue a replacement unit. I was skeptical about the replacement unit as well based on the already mentioned reviews but I am quite happy after receiving the new unit.I bought this for my mother, she was using the older jio phone. It's display was almost not visible and charging status was not showing. This felt like a good upgrade as I saw some reviews on YouTube mentioning this doesn't lag much like earlier phones. So I bought this and feels it is worth. Although its price seems a Lil over 300-800 more but I think from what it's offering, if you use all those features then it is a good deal, Although my mother uses the phone mostly to call and now to video call sometimes. Battery is pretty good for such usage and it lasted almost 3 days with minimal to moderate usage which is very good.I watched youtube videos, live match in jio cinema, played some music in Jio Saavn and also that wireless radio feature is a very good addition, there isn't much lag considering its size and form factor, I liked the video plaback quality and sound, it is good enough.Saw so much of negative reviews for this one, may be some products are defective like the first one which I received but felt this doesn't deserve that. That's why wrote this longgg review!

Just don't buy, don't buy I repeat.I'm writing this review after the usage of nearly 1 month. The phone looks good but it has a plethora of software issues and I've to restart again and again to use normally. The device is very slow compared to the older ones and price is also very high.

Everything is fine with this budget, there's only one problem; the handset frequently losts signals and to bring it back, it requires total removal of it's battery and connect it back. The problem don't get solved by just restarting or switching to flight mode type of common hacks. I don't know why it happens and how to solve this issue easily.🤔

The keypad now working properly

It's not a waste of money product but a mental harrasment product1 - So what they have did is just added a new frame (body) to their older 2018 jio phone (800rs) version it has same firmware just added extra skins on it hence it got slower even worser than the older version Just because of hardware wise specs remains the same2 - it has same battery pack (2000 mah)3 - it has same charging port/jack ( micro usb )Same to same everythinggggggg why it is even called jio prima 2 (second generation of prima)They are making fool of usAfter all this i don't think so u need more explanation

Value for money productRecharge only 899 year

It's overpriced! And fake whatsapp icon given WhatsApp doesn't work (atleast till today). After 3 day of use I give this phone 2 star because my JioPay never worked so phone is now little useless.Phone is packed with many useless jio apps and it is laggy too. Jio did injustice with users by not allowing us to remove unwanted things and forced to use laggy phone). My suggestion is to prefer NOKIA if you need small phone on serious note.I just bought this for fun and I enjoy the feel of this phone. Using to listen music it works fine (no equaliser and no folder sort options so don't think this will act like a iPod)No Hotspot, no type-C charge port, No WhatsApp.YouTube works but it is not ease to use on keypad phone. Good part is this allows mic to search content. It is not completely useless phone but it is double priced jio should be able to offer such level phones at 1200-1300 not 2799! bcose there are too many restrictions and phone is still laggy.
