Superb, strong flavour. Lovely!

I got this on behalf of a neighbour so I haven't tried it but I do know the delivery was speedy, she thought the price was very good and it's a brand she normally sources from France so was thrilled to be able to get it from here.

Quite expensive per pair but very good sustainability in regard to wear. I purchased a set of silk like ones and they are still in use. The crotch pad (in one pair only) has become detached slightly at one point but otherwise the rest are all sound.

A review of two parts. First off, this tubed stuff is perfect for me: I'm an intermittent anchovy user, so while I love using anchovies for Caesar dressing and dropping into simple pasta dishes, it doesn't happen regularly enough to get through a tin or jar as fast as I'd like. This stuff sidesteps the problem for me. It's worth noting that the tube it comes in is metal; it's easy to split it while trying to squeeze out chilled paste when the oil that's included has set like wax. Stinky, fishy thumb is no fun, so if you can store it somewhere cool, but not a fridge, do (or take it out of the fridge ahead of time). Part 2: the price is bonkers: w*itr*se sell the same brand at £1.90 a tube. That said, if a little extra money is no object, it's totally worth it.

Tastes so good!! But be warned, this little tube will be lasting quite some time. I would personally mix it with either pilchards or sardines. As I say, a little goes a long way. Now, I'm going to make myself lots of hot toast, loads of butter and of course my fish paste..

Great product. Used to use Prices past but they don't make any more. Delicious on toast and a little goes a long way.

Salad dressings( Caesar salad) , pasta sauces.. anything really to add a little zing. Soups, casseroles etc. ( just for small portions otherwise use a tin of anchovies in oil.
