Great and not as bitter as many other brands
Most of my family really enjoys Matcha lattes. We try to make them without sugar and this is very hard to get out in the community at the local coffee shop. This product works amazing with honey or maple syrup or Stevia. We use whole milk with the splash of cream a dash of salt and make sure to steep the tea at 185° or less. I also add some vanilla. It literally makes the best Matcha ever.

It’s great until it’s not
The taste is great... in the beginning. You get a lot of uses out of it I still had lots of powder left over before I had to throw it away. It doesn’t dissolve completely so it’s pretty grainy. Going back to taste, it was great the first few months/weeks I had it but after a while it started to taste terrible. I can’t really describe it but it was undrinkable. Maybe I should store it differently I don’t think the plastic pouch is great for storing the powder after opening. I will buy again but I will try storing it differently, if that doesn’t work then I will look elsewhere.

Perfect for baking
Used to make the NYT Cooking matcha latte cookies, came out delicious. Makes decent matcha tea too. A good value and amount for intermittent use in baking.
