B08l8qgpb8 - this number is no good to search for a replacement filter. what filter can i purchase?

I spoke with a chat agent on Megawise, They said buy this purple one, which is compatible with the E1235A. However, it's $50!! If you've already bought this air purifier, you're stuck buying an extremely expensive filter replacement every 3-6 months. Use coupon code 20LOVE for 20% off. If you haven't already bought this Megawise E1235A, keep looking for another brand, and get replacement filters when you buy a unit because they really don't last long, even in a very clean environment. https://www.amazon.com/MEGAWISE-Filter-Compatible-EPI235A-Version/dp/B097R1LTZF

Is the air purifier an ionizer?

The Megawise unit is NOT an ionizer as well, and there is a reason for that, likely. Research has shown that ionized air (from purifiers), though effective in its purpose, produces a detrimental output for those with allergies and allergen issues, so many air purifier manufacturers are steering away from including the ionizer option in their units.

Cleaning the filte be vaccumed or washed ?

The filter can should be vacuumed, I vacuum once a week. The filter cannot be washed. But they that are not expensive to replace.

Will this get rid of fish smell

I'm sure it will! I cooked something in high heat one time which produced a lot of smoke. I turned the purifier on high and the smoke and smoke smell was gone within 15 minutes
