I want to say that I'm not a coffee connoisseur. I drink it infrequently. This coffee was easy to brew in a French press. I used 2 tablespoons for 10 ounces of water. It tastes great with amaretto creamer without any bitter flavor. I also had friends try it that enjoy coffee more often and they also said it tasted good.

It's very good coffee. My usual preference is for whole bean coffee but this arrived smelling and tasting fresh. I brew it in a traditional drip coffee pot and had no issues with the grind size. I usually drink my coffee black (or sometimes with a splash of half-and-half) and this coffee tastes great either way.

This is a very fresh tasting coffee, that I would put right in the light roast category. I brewed it both with my cake up Brewery and a poor of Brewer and both produce they fine tasting cup of coffee.I made this coffee for a few friends as well, and they really enjoyed it also.

I want to start out by saying I am not a coffee snob, dont have amazing equipment, and probably do it all wrong compared to those who have the time and energy for such things...This coffee arrived and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was ground rather than whole bean. I have a grinder, and I know that makes for fresher coffee in the long run, but life happens and etc. etc. The grind is on the finer side, so might not be great for french press users, but worked OK in my drip machine.I found this to have a very fruity and light flavor, and it was very enjoyable black. I will sometimes go cream and sugar, but found that the flavors here were wonderful without anything else. There was no bitterness that I could detect, and all in all it made for a wonderful cup of coffee.Strongly recommend for anyone who is looking for a nice balanced coffee to try.

We really liked the flavor, but the grind is actually a bit smaller than most coffees we have. As such, a bit more gets through than would be preferred. We use a filter basket rather than paper filters, so maybe that would help.But, flavor-wise, really good!

I like this coffee a lot. It's got a nice aroma and flavor; I'd be happy to drink it every day. I had to pour it into a separate container since I couldn't close the bag, but that's minor.

Though we normally go for stronger coffee freshly ground, this medium roast tasted quite good. We ended up increasing the ratio of coffee to water to punch up the strength. Smooth tasting.
