What are the size & thread of the screws?

10-32x .75 works well. Make sure to use a washer too

I'm seeing that some have said it DOESN"T come with screws but it says that it DOES in the description. I want to rack 3 routers/3 switches.

I agree with everyone else. Mine came with screws. Also, I was skeptical about mounting C brand networking equipment on this rack. Don't be concerned with that. The rack is very sturdy.

Can the frame handle the weight of a 35 lb amplifier?

Yes - but only if you mount it at the bottom so that the center of gravity does not tip the mount over. The combined weight limit of the unit is 75 lbs...

Anyone figure out a way to do vertical cable management?

I put a 4" bar FS LBP-4A (L-Shaped Horizontal Cable Lacer Bar with Angled 4”) and also the same bar in 2".
