Great Laptop
Bought this for my mum who is a bit of a technophobe. She absolutely loves it she uses it for work and at home admin tasks. She’s happy with the keyboard as the keys are a good size and they’re not loud. Screen quality is amazing too. The battery life is good but my mum uses it mostly plugged in otherwise she’d forget to charge it. It not a slow starter which is good for someone with minimal patience. It’s easy to transport cause it’s not super heavy or bulky. I bought this during the prime day deals and it was steal I wouldn’t hesitate to pay full price.

Volume let's it down slightly
I was looking for a budget laptop for simple things like YouTube and Facebook, and this delivers very well. It's pretty fast and the screen is nice and bright - not the best quality screen but it's good enough. My main issue are the speakers - they are very clearly however are not loud AT ALL. Even at 100 percent they don't sound loud at all. It's high enough if you are alone in a quite room but music just isn't enjoyable. The laptops built quality is great and very light.All in all a great laptop but as it's a budget laptop it has limitations. Still glad I purchased it.

Great basic laptop
If you want a cheap basic laptop for browsing, email and streaming, you could spend more and get less. We've had this for a year now and it is excellent. Half the price of my other laptop which is much slower to start and is more likely to crash.It's no frills and plastic but has survived our home just fine.I can't comment on battery life because we don't take it out and about so it gets plugged in.Clearly it will lack some connectivity and processing power. If your needs are specific then check before buying. I'm about to order a second one.

Not fit for purpose
This laptop is slow and not fit for purpose. It was purchased as a gift back in December 2025, and hasn’t worked as it should since.In order to rectify, I was expected to go without for 6 weeks why the fault was looked at, rather than being provided with a refund. Multiple emails have been sent directly to Amazon and Lenono to express frustration and disappointment, all of which have been ignored.

Limited Performance but good value
What I bought it for:- Uni and general personal admin workPro’s:- Price- nice looking- light- reliable (so far so good)Cons:- Performance (really limited. It’ll do what’s asked, but sometimes it takes a while EG outlook runs but is often laggy, MS office and internet browsers work fine once they’ve started up)- only supports 1 additional monitor (NB: you can get a cheap USB to HDMI adapter to plug in a second additional monitor, but performance again is limited)
