I have been using the combination of vitamin D3, vitamin K2, and magnesium daily for approximately two months now. During this period, the effect of taking these supplements has become more apparent over time, and I experienced an increase in the amount of steady energy I have available throughout my day as well as a slightly improved mood balance. This combination of vitamins works together by allowing the body to better absorb calcium. Vitamin D3 allows for better absorption of calcium into our bodies; vitamin K2 lets the calcium that we absorb go to our bones and not muscle or fat tissues; and magnesium supports our muscles as well as helping us relax and utilize vitamin D correctly. While I cannot measure everything exactly, the combination of how I feel today compared to how I felt before taking this combination of vitamins supports the claims made regarding their intended purposes. The capsules have been small and easy to swallow with no noticeable flavor or aftertaste and also doesn't upset my stomach. We have been taking these for the last year and my Vit D level actually has increased (visible in my labs)! I have always been low and other supplements didn't raise it. Small easy to swallow pills is a plus!

I was severely Vitamin D Def. It was causing all kinds of issues. People do not realize how being vitamin D Def can cause so many issues. However, back to the review. I had my labs drawn after only about 3 weeks into taking these and my levels are at a normal level now. This is not my first rodeo with falling into Vitamin D Def. I have taken other products in the past including 10k IU products and still struggled to get myself up to par. The magic has to be in the combo. * K2 Mag plus D* because 3 weeks this was Def like choosing to fly over taking a road trip
