First impression is great. The interface to pick how much you want it toasted is very easy to figure out. You can add or subtract 10 seconds to fine tune the toast. It shows you how to insert the bagel. It is great looking too. If this thing holds up I will be very happy with it.

Works awesome...the little pics on the toaster makes it a no-brainer for usage....we have had it for about a year ...and it still works great ...looks kinda "retro"....nice looking.

So cute! I love the color and the touch screen is great. I’m not a huge fan of having to hold the lever down then select the toasting level. But it’s not a deal breaker. Perfect retro-esque appliance

We love this toaster! It matched my kitchen perfectly which is a plus but it toasts great! If I had one complaint it would be that if you from a darker setting to a lighter setting, it doesn't always lighten immediately. It doesn't burn, but definitely not true to settings each time.

We had another name brand toaster for about a year. Although for the most part it worked well enough, not always were the slices evenly toasted. More than that, the toaster was much larger for a 2-slice than we cared for. We looked at a lot of toasters on Amazon for a week and finally after reading reviews settled on this one. The toaster came well packed, and included three pieces of documentation-- instructions on how to use the dial on the toaster, a safety warning, and an 800 number card to call for help. We only had to view the visual instructions on how to use the darkness dial for a few seconds and then toasted. Voila-- beautifully toasted bread-- both slices. Such a pleasure after our last toaster. Now about the build and appearance. The build is top-shelf. It would look at home on a high end department shelf. It's a beautiful retro-shape-- like an old GM car with a rounded grill. The beige is a beautiful shade and looks excellent on our counter. This toaster will get 5 stars but if I had a quibble it would be this: All toasters should have easy wrap posts on the bottom for the power cable. If the legs were half an inch taller and the cable posts half an inch higher, the cable would be perfectly wrapped on the bottom and the taller legs would lift the toaster up high enough for the power plug to clear the shelf. As it is, once wrapped the toaster rocks slightly because the power plug is taller than the legs. But I feel silly even complaining about this because the entire package is such a delight to use. Beautiful design, well made, value for the cost, perfect toast-- what's not to love? Highly recommended!

I was very nervous when I read all the reviews about this product not working, not popping up, toasting unevenly or otherwise malfunctioning, but I decided to order it anyway, figuring I would return it if it was unsatisfactory. I am very pleased I did! The thing I have disliked about toasters for some time now is difficulty obtaining consistent results. You get some vague scale with a knob and have to do your best to find the right setting for toast, or bagels, or English muffins, and then someone else in the household comes along and changes it to their taste preference, and you're back to square one. I *love* that this device has a digital timer that can be precisely adjusted in 10-second increments to obtain the perfect toast, every time. This is a brilliant innovation, and I'm delighted someone has adapted it to this technology. The toaster has worked flawlessly since we bought it, and produces nice, evenly-toasted results. I wish that the slots for the crumbs to fall into the bottom waste tray were a bit larger (big crumbs stay trapped inside), but aside from that, I have no complaints.

Love the look of it. Seems to be functioning properly although I noticed that with a bagel in particular the center wire heaters don’t work as well as the outside ones. So if you want the front of your bagel toasted, you need to turn it to the outside. I haven’t tried it with bread yet to see how it toasts. I’m not giving it five stars until I know how long it lasts. They’re very expensive, but they don’t seem to last more than a year without looking and functioning wrong.

Es de lo más práctico de usar. Lo probé primero en el nivel 3 que es el video que les comparto. Mis rebanadas de pan quedaron “pasaditos de tueste”, pero no quemados porque en el interior estaban suavecitos. Ahora ya sé que utilizar el nivel 2 será mejor. También hay que dejar que se estabilice con el uso. Pero mi primera impresión ha sido favorable. Y quedan parejitos por ambos lados. Me encanta entrar a la cocina y verlo ahí, tan regordete y bonito decorado el lugar. Muy recomendable!!!

I just got it not too long ago, tried it a couple of times. The first time you'll have a burnt type smell, it's normal. And it only did it the first time I love how cute this toaster is. Very sleek, once you put the knob down, you click on the toast you want and it'll start a countdown. Up to know, I am extremely happy with this purchase and I love the colour

Looks really nice. Looks retro. So easy to use. I love the push button for toast preference.
