Awesome! All the features work accordingly, the hot water does get hot but the cold water only gives you a cup of cold water before just being cool then room temp. Not bad if you are not filling up say a thermos or big water cup for daily use.

Water flow is super slow; the tab that the cup pushes to dispense water is set way too far back so that a narrow mouth bottle or glass will entirely miss the water, so it cascades over the cup or bottle and all over your hand and onto the floor or whatever surface the dispenser is sitting on; also the hot and cold function to the dispenser is terrible and doesn’t do a good job of heating or cooling the water.

I absolutely love this for my office! I can make my herbal tea or hot chocolate! Its not too big. I have a 3 gallon bottle on it and its perfect for myself in my office!

The very cold water feature is not automatic....you have to reset the power button or run the water for 15 seconds .... Then the cold water light comes on. Same issue for the hot. Basically room temperature water is its best function. Also the cup size that fits ends around 10oz, then you have to tilt the cup. Lots of spillage. Definitely not good for large sports bottles or ice trays

I absolutely love it great for small spaces water comes out cold and refreshing and hot water is hot enough to make cup of noodles only downside 5 gallons fit a little awkwardly but fit non the less but definitely made for 3 gallon jug

Bought this for my office at work because they never clean the one in the kitchen. Worth every penny!

It does what it is supposed to do, but the plastic is very low quality, and it's 90% plastic.Though it is a cheap option for this type of product, it feels too expensive once you see and feel the product. The plastic is thin, warped, feels very weak. Kid toys are made with stronger plastic. The molding truly shows how weak the plastic is, as it is heavily warped and requires a bit of force to put the overfill tray together.You'll save money now, but you'll need to buy a new one in less than a year. This is not a good buy, pay the extra 40 and get a very good one.

This is very adorable. Great space saver. It doesn’t leak. But you will never have cold water.Ever.Do not purchase.You will never have actual hot water, either.
